Number one bakery in Melbourne such an amazing service and food, yesterday i took cake from berwick, cake looks so beautiful u made my day such an amazing words written over the cake with beautiful handwriting

We have order a cake.looks wise it was ok but taste wise it not too sugary and top lare of cake was very hard and dry.waste of money.never go back.

Cake look wise is good, but its tasteless, i ordered chocolate cake spend $180. Cant even have one bite of the cake because its tasteless, chocolate out side is very bitter, and all i can see in the cake is black colour,

I cn understand black colour have to go outside for decor, but from inside it should be proper chocolate cake not the black colour.very disappointed on this sepcial day.

Absolutely loved the photo cake - it looked amazing and tasted divine. I’m glad I got that size 1kg - it was perfect. It was strawberry vanilla. 5 stars service and ordering. It was a cream sponge with three layers and strawberry in between. I uploaded my own custom image.

I purchased a mango vanilla cake. Cake was looking good, but it tastes very dry as it was 3-4 days old.

No sense of people's time.
Ordered cake and in confirmation email timing displayed was 11: 00AM-2: 00PM. I got to the shop around 10: 35AM only to be told that cake will arrive between 11: 30 and 12: 00. We have party at a venue where now 17kids plus parents are waiting. Was supposed to pickup wife on the way from Cranbourne West. Currently it is 12: 30 PM and cake is nowhere to be seen. I already emailed yesterday to make sure there is no issue, for wich so far there hasn't been any reply.

I would not recommend this business anymore if you have any parties planned for early afternoon and you want pickup on same day.

Van that was supposed to do delivery went to Clayton first while it was still delayed. Not sure if there was going to be so much delay then why they didn't offer to pickup from Dandenong South factory where I would have gladly drove.

Not an experience I or my family was looking for.

Ordered son birthday cake pickup on saturday, I went to pickup cake 11: 45 waited almost 45 minutes, cake delivery didn't come as they don’t make cake at shop, pickup time was 12 o clock, cake I ordered gulab jamun flavour, cake I received has no flavour, sponge was too hard no eatable, paid $55 for 1kg cake, zero cake quality and tasteless.waste of money.

Buying cookies, cakes and savouries from them for the last 1 yr. Taste has always been good. But today's experience was not good at all. I ordered cake, cookies, and patties online on Friday to pick them up today. I was informed yesterday that red velvet cake is not available, so you need to choose something else, had no option but to choose another. Today, when I went for pickup, was informed that patties are finished, If you can come after an hr, we can arrange it. The cashier couldn't refund so had to take extra cookies instead. If you can't arrange what is ordered and paid well in advance, then there is no point taking online orders. Probably, will probably not order online again.

Their prices have gone up but quality has plummeted. I used to like their patties but now they are overly salty and sometimes they sell 1-2 days old patties even if customer ask if they are fresh. Very disappointing.

Ordered the Gulab Jamun cake, takes really fresh and authentic. Friendly staff and very reasonably priced.

This is the only place does the vegan take in the area but very disappointed experience.
Colour was incorrect and asked me to come on next day. It’s birth DAY not birth week.
Initially the cream were started melting and not even close the photo on the website.
The girl got me the refund for small size cake on the following day but I am sure they were using the same cake from previous day and inside cake wasn’t even layered properly. And not taste good at all.
Not recommend this business.

How can the prices be so expensive when the quality is below standard? Keep away from here.

Business expand ho gya so comes the ego and lack of customer service and misbehavior with customers.

I ordered cake for my daughter birthday.cake was super awesome. Taste was sooo good. I should thank them for a very nice, fantastic decorative cake which i seriously didn't expect.now a days my go to cake for all birthdays is Isher.thank you soooo much

VERY DISAPPOINTING! Deserves 0 stars. Went in thinking the best of this place, thinking they are professionals.oh boy was I wrong. I wanted a custom cake made for my son's 2nd birthday showed the lady and said I want the cake to look exactly like the picture (i had made a minor change on the bottom of the cake). I asked if they could do that and she said YES. She took a picture of the cake then called someone and had a discussion about it and wrote all the details down. She also asked me to send a picture of the cake and the details to an email address she provided. The lady was very nice everything was all good.
I go to pick up the cake, she opens the box, the cake was nothing like the cake I ordered it was messy the colours were different etc (I wish I had taken a photo for comparison) I tell the lady and she calls her manger saying the customers cake isn't correct and the managers was not accepting the mistake. The lady at the shop was explaining that the order is very obviously wrong and she was refusing to accept the mistake and give me my refund. (I can understand there language) I stood there for an extra 15 minutes trying to get my money back. At this point I was crying because it was my son's birthday in 30 minutes and I had no cake. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had to call 3 times before they gave me my refund also.
I do not recommend this business at all!

Reviews below seem a bit harsh and critical; every time we have dealt with Isher's, it has been a pleasure. My family and i have been getting our eggless cakes from there for YEARS (back when it was just the Clayton shop). We have been treated with respect on many occasions and where there was a stuff up with our order once, the owner called to apologise and rectify the situation. Overall, 10/10 cakes and biscuits!

Bad customer service in Berwick store. Staff look at the customers like they don’t want customers in shop. No smile at all and never answer phone.

This bakery deserves 0 stars. Worst bakery in the world. They don't how to make cakes or take the order properly. Very disappointing. They accepted its their fault and pretended to correct. But nothing was done. We paid $$$ for the worst quality cake.
