Isher Eggless Bakers

It was my first order from Isher bakers and must tell you they didn't disappoint me infact they have rise my expectation bar for next time.cake was extremely moist and super delicious all my guests loved it you can literally taste every flavour in it so very impressed with them.

I don't have dietary or religious reasons for shopping here. I just like their cakes and cookies. The cookies come in a huge quantity for a low price. The mango cake slices are delicious, as is the chocolate variant. Even my grumpy old Euro dad likes to drop in and buy up big when we're passing through, and he's a tough critic.

I ordered vanilla mixed fruit cake on the phone and it was ready within half an hour for pick. Really happy with the isher bakery. One of the best Eggless cake shop in Melbourne.

Wish I could give it a 0! Do NOT order from this establishment! Very unprofessional and extremely poor customer service! Not only did they charge double - they also did not have the cake ready on time and then complained that they had issues with the cake setting- no apology given whatsoever and the staff were careless, inconsiderate and very unprofessional.

We demanded the full refund (no cake!) and will never ever think of this place again. We highly urge anyone interested in ordering from this place to go elsewhere instead of having a very disappointing experience like we did. Took hours out of our morning and ruined a family birthday celebration!

I always prefer isher bakery for cakes but not satisfied this time.very disappointed because type of cake i got today totally different the cake i have ordered.there is no similarity in cake i want and one i get.its my bday and really very sad to see what i just recieved.we came from cranbourne specially for cake not deserving this.it is my bday not happy with this blue cake, i dont need to come all way from cranbourne for this layered cake just simple same like any ️how many pearls they showed the layer the color.side design all missing

The cakes are delicious and are of good quality. I recommend near and dear ones to visit the place and get your delicious cakes served at the time.

I recently ordered bday cake for my husbands 50th as he is a strict vegetarian. It was one of the most amazing cakes we have had in recent times.

Learnt about this cake shop online and placed an order for a blackforest cake very easily through their site. I didn't place any follow up calls or emails after I placed my order, nor did I provide a pick up time on the day I choose. Order was ready when I sent my brother to pick it up at around 2-3pm on a Saturday. No issues were reported back to me about customer service. Only reason I mention this is because of another review here so I just wanted to clarify I didn't have an issue with ordering online or the pick up.

Everyone thought the cake was really good when I asked them! I didn't buy the cake because it was eggless, but I don't think anyone would have even known the difference. If you're an omni who's not keen on the idea of an eggless cake, have no fear, it's just as delicious as a cake with egg!

I think I would have preferred a bit more cream and cherries between the layers but that's moreso a very personal preference since everyone else thought it was a good ratio (I'm very much a huge cream and fruit girl to the dismay of my family who loves cakey goodness).

Another reviewer mentioned the handwriting could be improved and I'd have to agree that it would have looked nicer more centred but I understand it can be a bit tricky to place customised messages.

The cakes were also very affordable and I would highly recommend giving them a try. Definitely will purchase again.

EDIT: Have tried more of their cakes out! Love their vanilla cake but their red velvet was pretty dry and we didn't even finish half of the cake despite sharing the small cake among 6 adults. So will give that a miss next time!

People get a feeling vegetarian cakes can be a full affair. But this place does make amazing vegetarian cakes that will taste as good as those with eggs in them. I recommend the black forest.

We ordered cakes 4 times out of which 3 times it was not even fresh, the sponge is dry n not spongy n soft like it should be, the cream on the outside was fresh but that doesn't really matter. Tried explaining it to the staff but they are rude n not open for any complaints or feedback. NEVER going back for anything n will recommend friends n family to do the same.
Gave you enough chances, but there is no room for improvement.

Today i bought a cake from here and it was too yum and also their front staff girl the Amritdhari was very beautiful and she was very well mannered.

Very bad experience.they made wrong cake even ordered cake 1 week before. Also check 2 times over phone to make sure all ok.then went to pickup, they delivered wrong cake with poor quality, even not decorated as shown picture when ordered. Waste 2 hours for waiting to fix it. Never reccomend anyone

Ordered a black forest cake in the morning and was ready by the evening when i went to pickup. Great service and very friendly staff.

Ordered 6 dark chocolate cupcakes (which came with ferrero rocher on top) and they were absolutely delicious!

Super light (despite their heavy chocolatey appearance) and sooo moreish

Would definitely recommend them, and will be ordering them again!

Cake was delicious and fresh but it wasn’t what I ordered. The colours were different to what I said. Needs some improvement with ordering slips in store.
