This is definitely not good place for men's haircut. Since it was Sunday I had no other option to come all the way from Pakenham as most Barber shops are closed.
The Equipments they are using is quite outdated and really old. And the zero trimmer that the lady used for my haircut was a horror. She cuts it so fast that i almost had a cut at my skull and face hair side. Lady- U need to calm down when u do a haircut. Although we are men but blades don't see gender when they hurt.

Also, u ruined my haircut since i just asked u no 1 and no steps u made me look half bold by doing a spiky haircut which i truly hate!

Won't return here next time for sure! So skills for men's haircut

Totally no knowledge of colours. They wud turn your hair colour the way they want and then won 't even accept their mistake and still would charge you like anything. Never worth going again. Wastage of time money and efforts.

Isha Akki dressed me for a recent family wedding (both first and second days) and did such amazing work just the way I expected! She is talented and gives her 100% to what she does. I am very happy I chose her to beautify me and travelled long distance just to get dressed by her on both days cos I knew she is capable of bringing out the best! The numorous compliments I received made me feel ever happier As a person who is very particular about make-up and looks I am glad I picked her and she understood my need very well. Had a makeup appointment for my daughter and was delayed by 45 minutes. As my daughter had already got her hair done elsewhere, she made rude comments about her hair in Sinhalese, saying her hair was 'ugly' not knowing we are Sri Lankan. I found it very unprofessional when Isha started talking in Sinhalese to her staff when other customers of other nationalities were at the salon.

The charges weren't charged as said when appointment was made. Make up only appointment was only 25 minutes long and overcharged us.
This is the first and last time we will be customers at the salon and we will not recommend this salon.

Always impressed by their service. There's no rush. They always make sure they get your style right. Reasonable pricing and great staff. Definitely recommend Isha's for haircuts.

Had the best experience at Isha’s. I got my hair and make up done for a Dinner Dance. Not only did every single guest comment on how stunning my hair and make was, it lasted the whole night, looked great in photos and the girls including the Owner, Isha was so kind and lovely. They really took an interest in me and what I wanted and were so accomodating. I would highly recommend the girls at Ishas. 10/10 unfortunately I can't upload a photo.

PLEASW SAVE YOURSELF YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY! WORST JOB AND OUTCOME I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Hair - I had my hair done wanted to have nice colours but it ended up being orange yellow.

Toe Nails - they didn’t know how to even hold their equipments, keep falling out of their hands, the nail polish colours are old that my nails have been painted on for 3 hours yet it’s still removable when touched.

SNS - OVER PRICED. Ugly as work, uneven colour, brushes looks like it hasn’t been washed in years cuz it was hard. You can see the strokes line because of the hard brush.

Worse customer service!

I have had my haircut at Isha’s. They have done a wonderful job. Staff was friendly and professional. They have promptly took me in for the hair cut and done with it without wasting my time. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Isha’s
