This is the second time have used iseekblinds and we would happily use them again. These blinds are for a granny flat and were ordered off window sizes off the plan. They arrived quickly and fitted perfectly. So easy to install.

The best and easiest roller blinds we purchased. Don’t worry if you get stuck. The videos are so helpful. We had other companies to do the blinds, the measurements weren’t done correctly, hence the light isn’t fully blocked out. Highly recommend iseekblinds. Fast manufacturing process and easy instructions.the only thing is you need two people for large blinds. Motorised blinds are the best!

Highly recommend using iseek blinds. I have installed both roller blinds & sheer curtains. It is worth getting the automated rollers for roller blinds with a long drop.

The process was easy & the online video answers most installation questions.

I was going into gyprock & bought hollow wall anchors to secure the blinds. If you follow Michael's install videos it is very easy to install both the blinds and curtains.

Extremely happy with the quality of our new blinds for our new house! Delivery was quick and install was very easy and straight forward. We had an issue with the motor in one of our blinds, and Noel quickly rectified the problem, offering a great solution, and even made a house call on his way home to ensure we had a motor that we were happy with. Highly recommended.

Update - 8 months down the track and two more motors for our blinds have failed, as they are faulty. Previously customer service has been amazing, however the most recent encounter I had has left a sour taste in my mouth. Instead of listening to my issue, I was told to call their supplier to troubleshoot (even though I had informed customer service that I had already performed the troubleshooting myself as this was the THIRD motor that had failed). Their supplier confirmed the motor as faulty, and I now have to return the motor to them at my own cost.

We were looking to motorise our blinds. The manager went out of his way to help and explain the process and we bought the fittings we needed from him. Amazing amount of fabric samples for blinds and curtains. You take samples home and measure windows, and they make your blinds and curtains.

Ordered my plantation shutter from the website and collected it 2weeks later. I went in prior to ordering and the ladies in the office for super friendly and accommodating. The step by step videos on the website were easy to follow and the shutter came up a treat. Every part of the shutter was protected by clear easy to remove tape. Would certainly get more through these guys. Highly recommend.

I recently orderd blind motors from them. Really solid support, youtube videos on how to install it and shipping speed.

I was able to talk to them on the phone to get my issues resolved. One of my motors was damanged and they replaced it straightaway. Really awesome service! I would highly recommend them to anyone and I'd get all my future blinds needs sorted here.

Disappointing changes to plantation shutters.

I had previously purchased plantation shutters through iseekblinds and had been happy with the simple manner in which the doors came with the slats pre-installed, all you had to do was assemble the frame and attach the doors.

This time, we had to assemble every shutter door with all the slats. A very time consuming process. Even worse, the shutters were more expensive.

I wouldn’t recommend the plantation shutters through this company unless the revert to their previous product.

I can’t thank iseekblinds enough they made the whole process easy from start to finish. Quality is outstanding and they have thought of everything. Delivery time was awesome and I am so happy with the end result.

We have used I seek blinds to furnish most of our house and it has usually been fine.

Recent order shows blatant greed and lack of care for customers as a whole.

Usually they send plantation frames with assembled doors. You assemble frame, fit door and away you go. NOW you must build the whole door, assemble all the louvres and hinges etc, adding massive time for install.

Do you think they adjust the price for this? No prices have gone up. On top of that I am missing pieces to build this jigsaw puzzle (that was supplied with the WRONG assembly instructions).

So, now I need them to send me parts to complete building this monstrosity. I'll probably have to mine the materials myself too and supply my own plastic.

Reading the reviews on iseekblinds n the general experience customer had in dealing with them was a positive experience n that price was not too expensive products was not too bad of quality
After speaking to someone at iseekblinds and going through their website i order some examples of material that i liked
decided to go ahead n order roller blinds from iseekblinds

Blinds was ready round about the time iseekblinds say it was going to be ready
I opted for pick up because i wasn't too far from where their manufacturing warehouse is

The quality of the roller blinds was great going through the installation parts everything was there besides a 5 missing screw 1 child safety bracket for the chain
Rang iseekblinds n was able to get the parts on the day

Installation was easy because of the video unfortunately i had one roller blinds that was just 10mm too long for the inside of my window
It was at no fault of iseekblinds
My window was not square

-Hint inside window only
If your measuring for roller blinds to be install on the inside of the window
Wat ever your measurement is miums 5mm off your measurement because the pin on the roller blind can be rotated adjust to lock into the bracket your better 5mm too short than 5mm too long

I Rang iseekblinds told them about the situation they organised a time for me to bring the roller blinds n explain to me that they can fix n cut 10mm off but the quality weren't be the same.
So i did take that blind back to get fix
Sure enough if your looking up close at the edge of the cut blind u can tell it was fix but you weren't noticed it from a distance n it not obvious that it cut if u didn't know
Now i have to point out even though it wasn't iseekblinds fault were happy to help n fix it for free

All in All i happy for how the roller blinds turn out iseekblinds was great to deal with
it left me with a positive experience with everything i definitely will be ordering curtains from them again in the near future n anyone thinking of ordering blinds, curtains, shuttles etc do check iseekblinds out on their website or give them a buzz.

The Bali fabric is light and airy, but classy with a linen-look which is very contemporary.

This was our second order from iseekblinds and our third altogether from online curtain businesses. This was definitely the best experience. The platform for ordering is simple and clear.
