Place is dirty, toilets overflowing with paper towels, food came directly from a frozen packet. Go for a drink but don’t waste your money eating there.

HORRIBLE experience.

I paid over 60 dollars to pretty much be forced to eat something that made me feel sick, and tasted and looked nothing like it was described on the menu.

When I explained my experience to the manager (James), he told me that I have no choice other than to order another meal for another 30 dollars or stay hungry or eat what I was given.

We drove half an hour to eat there, and I was either made to remain hungry or pay another fortune for another meal. I was literally left in tears, and it ruined my experience with my friends.

The meal was nothing like it was described on the menu, and when I told them this, they said that I was supposed to know what all the 'fancy' names on the menu mean (despite no waiter coming to your table and actually explaining what any of the descriptions mean, and no customer service, other than to just go and order ourselves).

I also ordered an orange juice that tasted really bad. Later on that evening, we all felt unwell after our meals. My partner's meal was also very salty, and a tiny portion. We were all left hungry and disappointed, and had to find another cafe afterwards to eat properly. For such a high price, we were left hungry and upset and had a disappointing day.

Overall, I'm very DISAPPOINTED, regret coming here, and would NOT be coming back, or recommending the place to ANYONE.

Very clean and friendly the staff are very polite helpful and friendly and I recommend to everyone that visits to try the seafood pasta dish it is to die for infact all the meals looked very delicious

Dined there Sat 17th April 2021. Potato bake was raw, vegetables covered in some sort of herb and Chicken Snitzchel was pretty average. For the price it wasn't worth it.
Spoke to another patron who I knew also dining there said same thing, their meal was pretty average and has been the last three times.
Some staff need to learn to smile and be polite to customers. Not make customers feel like they are an inconvenience.

Country family atmosphere, friendly staff, prompt service, food good with unusually wide diverse menu

Excellent food, well priced and very tidy establishment. Great atmosphere! Food was a bit slow to come out, but worth the wait.

Really gone downhill from my last experience. A bowl of wedges took 45 minutes to come out. 4 meals took 1 hour 45 minutes. Everytime I asked about meal status, I was dismissed. Some of the bar staff were nice, others just said it was busy and they couldn't do anything.

A tip for management: if you expect a meal to take longer than 40 minutes, then tell your patrons when ordering. On subsequent asks, please give an estimate of time, an apology or offer refund, instead of snide comments. It's embarrassing that once a quality pub has really been unable to cope with a few more customers than normal. Pick up your game, because this place is currently not worth another visit.

The extra star is because the food and prices were actually good in the end. It just wasn't worth the wait.

Visited 6pm on a Sunday. Food ordered 7.04PM, came out 8: 50.

Calamari is to die for, taste so good and crispy. My daughter had kids meal a cheese burger and chips and the size of that meal can feed an adult. It's a nice place to dine in and have a few drinks. Friendly staff.

A good place if you want to hang out with friends or family and enjoy good food and ambience. Service is quick too. We only had one experience where the batter in the fish and chips was a bit raw but other than that, the non veg platter, dimsums, prawn noodles etc.were all good. However, staff doesn't seem to be very friendly to the occasional visitors but they may be friendly to the frequent visitors whom they know well.

Our company organised Christmas party at this place with Drinks & food, alfresco was too good.

Its been quite a while since I was there last. They have spent some dollars renovating the building. Well done, it was comfortable and relaxing. The meals were great and they were prompt at serving, the staff are always on the move helping where ever needed. Reserve yourself a table just in case, it wasn't overly busy, but there was still plenty of people dinning. It was great not hearing all the bells and dings from a room next door from gambling machines. The main bar is on the otherside of the bar with TAB and pool tables, I'm uncertain about poker machines, they may have some but I didn't hear them.

Friendly and helpful publican as i need a walking aid, ie, stick or stroller. Very nice meal in a comfortable and pleasant environment. With outside seating areas with mist sprayers to help keep you cool in the Irymple heat. Quite impressed. If you are in the area stop in.

Good food quiet Bistro was a perfect place to hold our end of year lunch for the Sunraysia Mens Dementia Group that the Sunraysia Mens Shed caters for each month at the Eco Centre

Slow cooked Lamb with veg was excellent but the dessert was to die for, the Mango Sorbet with Brandy Snap Basket. Modern bistro with friendly staff.

A very mixed bag at this venue. We sat outdoors on a beautiful evening. The tables and chairs were bare metal, and dusty. Our party of five ordered a garlic bread starter to share, and our mains. An hour later, we hadn't even received the garlic bread. We asked five times before the bread was brought to our table. All the while we were watching meals being delivered to parties that had ordered well after us. We were so hungry, the garlic bread didn't last long, then commenced he wait for our mains. We must have enquired five or six times of the staff before I went and asked to speak to the manager. He couldn't have cared less. An hour and a half after we ordered and paid, our meals were delivered to our table. And we had a child in our party. There was no cutlery on the table, neither was any delivered with the food. No one instructed us as to what we were supposed to do. One of our party went in search, to learn you had to get your own cutlery from a service point, where there was none left, so she had to wait - again.
The meals were good, but the whole experience was tarnished by the appalling service. Having been made aware, I expected the manager might come and speak to us, but there was no sign of him.
Never again.

Half-way through her meal, my wife was surprised to find that the rest of the chicken was raw. These things could happen, but then to be told if you want another meal, you have to pay for it. Ridiculous. No offer to cook the rest or replace the meal.

The waitress was concerned and did ask if we wanted another meal, but either the chef or management said no. Obviously the customer is just an inconvenience.

Won't be going back there again. Ever.

Really unfriendly staff, not polite at all and extremely blunt. Amazing food and great place but felt so uncomfortable and felt like I was being watched and laughed at.
Also no cutlery on tables, you have to go get your own which I did not want to do because of how rude they were.

Chicken Cajun, nice and spicey in a Turkish roll, yum.
Salt and pepper calimari, didn't know they came in big flaps, more to love!

Was very busy on the Saturday night after local football, we ordered a garlic which was served black and hard as a rock, 300g grain feed steak with veg, so that came out two vegetables and filled with chips and steak was a lot of fat to be cut off. Parma chips and salad they got right.other small thing we noticed was they had two different menus that was 2 dollars higher in one.
