I've bought from the South Yarra IC over the phone twice now! The ladies are always so helpful and very professional! If you're lucky, they might even have a pair of heels that are sold out from the main IC website!

Love the shop. Love the shoes. My daughter and I were serve by LJ sweet and very helpful. She gave a great service the 2 days we went there as it was during the big sale they had on, She helped us with sizes for multiple styles.she was amazing and patient. Small Asian lady LJ is awesome.
I love this store! I bought shoes from the Brighton store in England years ago and absolutely love them. Bought shoes from the Melbourne store just a couple days ago! So fun and unique, I always get compliments on them. The staff here were very helpful and kind, can't wait to buy my next pair.
