Don’t go there, rude and unprofessional, can’t believe people like C is one of the consultant here, worst sales and curse people, she just recommend her own project for herself to earn money, not consider anything about clients, if you don’t she will curse you.

I recommend NOT to deal with them for rental and as a tenant however, they will look after you as a landlord. Poor knowledge of English so always better to have a friend from Chinese community with you to make the process easier for you.
