Nice quiet side street location. Plenty of parking. Easy access during staffed hours. Probably has every machine under the sun, plenty of space between machines, modern, clean facility. Also stock supps if you don't have any.

They charge $20 for casual entry on public holidays but don’t have any working water fountains (have been broken for months) and don’t turn on most of the fans on a 26 degree day

Excellent gym, great equipment, great staff. Fairly new to this gym still but I like it. If you want to train in an industrial style gym away from the mainstream franchise gyms, then this is the place for you.

This gym is as predatory as it gets. Not only will any contract you sign with them be worthless when they decide to increase weekly payments without you being able to opt out, but even if they provide you with a date in writing where your membership will be confirmed as ended they’ll proceed to keep charging you afterwards regardless. Garbage behaviour from the gym’s ownership and management, and I wouldn’t be recommending this gym to anybody.

Gym has a lot of equipment. They closed for a month and just moved stuff around. Only the reception area was changed. The issues with the cables are still the same

•Friendly Staff
•Majority of people put their weights and bar attachments away.
•Patrons seem to be courteous and mind their business here and have decent gym etiquette.

Negatives -
•Bodgy Sanitising Stations a chux and spray bottle witch doesn’t work.
Please get wipes - please encourage patrons to wipe down machines and also use a towel.
•No fans after hours so in summer you’re basically left to die of heat and lack of ventilation.
•Funky smells in certain parts of the gym

No aircon!
Tried casual visit+ then joined as member. 3 days in, it was a hot day. The gym was like a furnace. Asked to cancel my membership due to, too much heat effecting my anxiety condition. They said because i didn't write it in my medical status, they couldn't do it. Asked i want to cancel due to 7 day cooling off period. They said they dont have that. & I should have used more casual visits.
Charged me $250 to cancel for 3 days membership

Awesome gym that’s super well equipped with a great atmosphere that always inspires me to train harder.

Been going here since it opened up as Muscle Factory in 2015. It's recently returned to its former glory as there have been a few rebrands since opening, resulting in change of management and dropping the ball. Membership fees kept going up and overall quality of the gym declining.

In the past year there have been noticeable improvements in equipment maintenance and overall cleanliness. The staff are very friendly and the improvements in the gym is a reflection of their attitude and pride in their work.

Equipment wise, there's numerous good quality ones that cater for multiple disciplines in a large enough space that it doesn't feel cramped.

I’ve been going to Iron Kingdom Ringwood for a few months now, it’s a well equipped gym with impressive quality gear, great music and atmosphere. Kali is so lovely and personable which makes going to the gym a great experience

One of those rare gyms you don't have have to bare knuckle brawl someone curling in the squat rack. Huge range of equipment and weights, and HEAPS OF PARKING SPACE.

Poor customer service. Trying rip off from the customers. They not allowed me to cancel my membership. And imposed an unfair fine. Hate this place!

Been coming for a few years now, thoroughly enjoy working out in the warehouse aesthetic that the gym provides. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the prices are fairly reasonable. I have been dealing with fluctuations in my weight especially since COVID so I had recently taken up Boxing with Louis - included as part of the membership. With his skills as well as his ability to inspire and adapt to me, he has assisted me in going from 126kg - 106kg, a 20kg loss in 14 weeks. That and my commitment to getting fit. The facilities also help with developing and working on my muscle groups, plus the variety of food and protein options.

I was in Melbourne for a short stay and the gym was nearby. Excellent equipment and they had everything piece of equipment you can think of. Kali was fantastic and really helpful.

Everyone is super friendly and it has a very chill but motivating atmosphere. The ability to do casual visits is also a plus as it means I can get into a good rhythm first before committing to a membership!

Love training at Iron Kingdom. Especially since they have re-organized the gym floor. Making my work outs much more efficient. Equipment is well taken care of, super friends staff, pumping music!

I sent a email via the website portal to cancel my 1 month rolling membership. Once you hit submit you get a message saying "Thanks for contacting us! We will be in touch with you shortly. " This was issued in March. I still haven't received my reply and they are still attempting to take money out. I have tried calling, email via the website and messages on Facebook. Please provide an email address so we can sort this out.

Clean facilities.
Plentynof equipment.
Not too crowded at 6pm on a weekday.
