Thank you to Dr Irani for helping me live a better life. I've struggled with tonsilistis my whole life. He operated on me and was so caring through the whole process beginning with appointments to the the follow up.
When I first went to see him he was lovely and got all the tests needed to see what is the best outcome.
Thanks again. He is a great ENT.

I have been a patient for over 30 years and will not see anyone else, he operated on me, I live far away but will make the journey to see him,

Wasting of time and money.
I wait for him one hour and half and he only saw us for 5 minutes.
When I asked about the x-ray he took the paper and cut then throw it in the rubbish bin, I felt he was rude.
He made me write the details on the blood test referral and others, like he doesn’t want to do it and don’t have a system to help him.
We didn’t get any help of our issues or at lest understanding what is the problem.

He may be experienced.if you think you have some serious ear problems go elsewhere. He misdiagnosed my serious ear condition and I am getting proper treatment at Royal Victorian eye and ear. Will never go there, what waste of time and money.

Barely pick up the telephone. Has no website or any other information regarding the clinic trading hours, business details or even a email address. This place is like a ghost town.
Called several times no answer cant even send a email.

He is old school, well the whole office is lol and I LOVE it! And Irani and the team tell you what you need to know.
He helped my kids a lot with their ear problems and he and the team are great!

1 hour wait. Upon asking a few (genuine) questions he told me they were stupid questions. He seemed disgruntled and did not explain things sufficiently. However, he did manage to help with the minor issue to my ear. He seems to be an intelligent and competent doctor; I would appreciate if he was more friendly. The receptionist was an absolute delight, very efficient, and friendly!

I have gone to get a second opinion for my son tonsillitis. I found Dr. Irani passive in his approach. I found the receptionist to be very pro active in her work. But it's the Dr that matters to us. I think it's best to see someone else and possibly someone.

Worst exp so far in australia with any dr! He didnt seemed bothered, provided no info! Was absolute waste of time anyone with little one, plz go to any other ent!

Ringing them non stop answering machine does not say if they are opened or closed or if they are busy or they will get back to you.
