They're fine. My internet and mobile deal are good and the call centre is helpful and polite

Seeing the negative reviews, I didn’t want to go with iprimus internet connection. But movemein didn’t have any other options and I had to go with iprimus. As everybody’s review says it’s the worst Service! I took the connection and it’s been a week I don’t have the internet connected yet. The customer care executive who promised to call me back didn’t call. I have to call them back to back to get support. Looks like now they will send the technician and I have to pay $275 for this. There is no expected resolution date. I will have to keep waiting…

Absolutely horrible service, it’s beyond disgusting really, i have stood infront of my modem and still been notified that my internet is unable to connect, they basically avoid allowing you to leave the service, and then like some others have stated they upscale the prices to make it difficult to leave, i don’t know how this company is even operating in all honesty.

This is the worst company ever made I hope they go to hell with there internet everyone there is a virgin and they do not give good internet I hope the person who created this company I hope his wife is a good digger and this company gets blowed up by a nuke

Horrible customer service.

Part of the blame is on australian postage services but they’re no help.

I was in the middle of moving and couldnt have anything delivered to my new address so I requested for my modem to be sent to my old address. The parcel was marked as missing so I never received it before moving. I then found out it was sitting at a post office back in my old city. I now live several hours away and work fulltime and NEED internet to work.iPrimus refused to send me a new modem despite me not being able to collect the old one. I was instead told to use a different modem (which I don’t have and told them so) or to wait until the modem is sent back to them for them to resend a new one. This process would take over 2 weeks!

They refuse to assist me and continue to make it seem like my fault.

Horrible customer service team.

If I could give no stars I would. Firstly it took them 10 days to set up the internet. We ended up cancelling and only used like 5 days worth.
Today we get a bill of $215 dollars when we clearly cancelled after only using it for 5 days.
Greedy, incompetent and rude staff on call centre also. I requested a credit for inconvenience when I first got the modem because I was waiting for 10days and the then I told the guy on the phone I will change companies because this service is unacceptable. He said why would you bother going through it all again by choosing another company. How dare he! Stay far far away from this company. Got another service provider. Came in 2 days, plugged in and worked immediately. No issues at all

Customer service team is good, however, overall is quite bad.
Optus internet setup and solved my issue in 2 days, compared to this scam, worst, non-professional provider, which can’t solve your technical issues at all. And even Optus 5G Wi-Fi is CHEAPER than their standard plan, do not purchase anything from them!

Horrible team. For a new connection request, they delayed my connection by 5 weeks. They absolutely are HORRIBLE and no idea on how to work and don't understand the importance of customer work.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY.
THESE PEOPLE WASTE YOUR TIME AND RESOURCES.

WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.waited for a month to have internet, called THEM every second day for NOTHING, wasted my $300 dollars for using mobile data! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

Giving 1 star is still generous. Please DO NOT sign up your internet service through this company. I have been with them for 3 years. Recently the ADSL was disconnected in our area. However i have been away overseas for work last few months so i wasnt aware of the issue. IPrimus never sent me an email regarding the disconnection of ADSL. As such i was still paying Iprimus monthly for nothing. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Could have sent me an email so i could have acted accordingly.

Decided to end the contract but they made it super difficult. After notifying them, they still charged me saying they only stop charging if they receive the modem back? !

AVOID AT YOUR ALL COST!

Iprimus have put a debt collection agency to recover $s that I believe I have already paid but they won't acknowledge the payment. I'm having to pay this account a second time to avoid the time and cost of dealing with a debt agency. For such a small amount of money this, in my mind, is very petty. I will not deal with them again. You decide if you want to deal with an organisation that takes this approach to its customers. I wish I could give them a zero score

Could not contact anyone and was referred constantly tp their web page, i wanted to report the death of a customer that I am currently paying the bill for. No possitive remarks for iPrimus

They don’t even deserve a one star. This is beyond the worst reception I’ve had. Never works, constant issues. Can barely even use it on one device. Absolute joke of a company

I have never had such a bad experience like I have with your company. I have been waiting for a resolution since December 2021. Your company has charged me when they promised not to, they charged me late fees, I raised a dispute with the ombudsman and today you disconnected my services. I've been on the call for over an hr and no one understands that I have a pending dispute and still asks me to settle the account. You did not advise anything by email or mail or phone. What a terrible experience and I have never been so upset in my life to the point your company has disturbed my mental health. If anyone is reading this, do yourself a favour and choose another company

I applied for an internet connection 11 days ago which has still not been activated. I contacted the customer service team who informed me it would not be processed for another 3 business days, and then it would be another 8 business days before the modem would be available. This brings the expected time from application to connection to 1 month. The service representative felt this was a reasonable service for an internet provider. I do not recommend iPrimus.

Awful service. Internet down and no one lets you know. On the third day of no service, contact them & manage to speak to someone but then get put on hold forever that you don't know whether you should ring back because they forgot about you.irritatingly repetitive on hold recording. Got told parts have to be ordered interstate. When queried how long to fix, he confirms it could be a week! And I'm thinking why don't you text customers firstly that the internet is down and that there would be some delay (which is bad enough as is & is not the first time the internet has been out for a lengthy period). So not surprisingly, when the internet came back on before the week was out, again, no notification. On top of it, the guy was rude. Not even telling us our bill would be discounted for the missed days. The customer has to chase it all up. Disgusting given how much we pay.
