Beware they Lie on their website, I have just called Apple they are not Apple Authorised Service Provider, which you can see the list from Apple Australia web site. They are just Independent repair. Stop lie to people to get more customer.

Fantastic service, and quality work
I once damaged same phone and first repair from Samsung but the screen had an orange feel to it then
The second time I went to city phones, done job in 1 hr, i didn't have to transfer pics etc before the job (which Samsung makes u do)
And the screen replacement job from city phones was a better job and perfect screen, brightness and interface
Makes me question what kind of screen I got when I went to Samsung store

I called other repair shops for a quote before deciding to go to Cityphones - and honestly could not have had a better experience. Went for they gave me the cheapest quote to repair the screen of an Oppo F1s, will be recommending them to anyone who needs their devices repaired from now on let me tell you that! Fixed my phone within the day, and within the timeframe they said it would be ready by, efficient, soft-spoken and didn't even ask for an upfront payment. Keep it up <33

Smashed my iPhone screen by leaving it in a very precarious place - literally took 32 minutes on Jan 26th (a holiday) to put on a tempered glass front and as good as new - fantastic

Plenty of variety of stock for different phones here. They didn't have what I was looking for for my phone (3.5 years old), but they called a near by store which was able to help me!
