Very poor customer survive. Especially Liz. They messed up my appointment and still gave me attitude. After they realised that it was their fault. They just blamed on others. Super poor experience with this place and this people!

Terrible attitude for the nurse who took our test.
Unprofessional and escalated a discussion into a full argument, simply because she had misinformation from her own team.

Escalated matters by lying to get more security, stating that we were shouting at her, when there was one security guard standing right next to her who did not do anything. If we had raised our voices, wouldnt the security guard de-escalate the situation?

Hopefully doesnt happen again. Poor form.

Just had my COVID Vaccination recently at IPC Health and was having difficulties with obtaining my COVID vaccination certificate, Aman from IPC Health Deer Park was so helpful, she organised my certificate and rang me as well to confirm if I had successfully received it or not.

Was greeted with so much warmth and hospitality. Nicki from IPC health Caroline Springs gave me my covid jab and was so spectacular. So personable, eased all my nerves and was so informative. Highly recommend caroline springs vax hub for covid jabs.

Traffic management supervisor very rude and unprofessional.

The nurses and the actual test was ok

COVID testing review
We waited about one hour. Traffic management was not well co-ordinated and vehicles were not sent through to testing in order of arrival.
The nurses collecting information were well organised.
The test was done gently and no pain. Thank you.

Have tried to line up for COVID testing twice and both times told us they were closed, even when it was hours from the closing time. Went at Midday today and got told to go to the showgrounds which is very far away, how ridiculous? They couldn't have mentioned a closer place? Also tried calling the place several times and each time ended up waiting more than half an hour and eventually had to hang up. Very disappointed, they should definitely be more organised

(Covid testing station review)
Very friendly staff working early in the morning and very cold outside, these people are doing an outstanding job in challenging circumstances.
If there is a local outbreak (as there was about month ago) then the wait time at the nearest testing station will be extremely long, this is not their fault. Go to another testing station. What sane person waits in a 1km+ line for a covid test and then blames the facility when they close? Go somewhere else, the wait in Williamstown last outbreak was 10minutes but the line at deer park was so long they had to close at 8am, use your noodle, go somewhere else and don’t take it out on the staff and don’t leave them a negative review.

After waiting in line for 4 HOURS and 36m to get tested for covid they closed off without warning. I called 3 times and each time they couldn't tell me when the testing site would close. Very unorganised and SLOW.

They were supposed to have called me on the day I contacted them and were going to refer me to their subcontractor called '" On Time" which I had to contact rather than hearing from them as they hadn't returned to me! Based on the conversation over the phone, they were to start with some domestic help within less than a week, but despite a week had elapsed, I hadn't heard from them a word which I found to be rather unethical. An organization recommended and funded by the government should have acted more responsibly rather than frivolously!

The front desk staff are absolutely rude and arrogant for no necessary reason. Reception at IPC Health need to try to get some people skills before starting their job.

I have called up 3 times this morning to be on hold for god knows how long and then to be disconnected each time.very bad service, think you need to review how your reception operates and answer peoples calls or is it that you operate for two hours on Saturday so your phones are not switched on. BAD BAD Service!

Took my son there for a hearing test. Receptionists were friendly and polite, on the phone and in person. The hearing test nurse were also very nice, friendly and patient. Plenty of parking for disabled or normal ones.

Super long wait, I got their 10 minutes before my appointment and had to wait to be called up 45 minutes after my appointment time.

Absolutely disgustingly rude staff at the front desk and manager. Wow something needs to be done about this. 1 star is way too much for their customer service skills at being a decent human being.

My parents have been patients at this clinic for over 20 years. Of recent times the level of care from the doctors has dramatically reduced. The receptionists are also rude and unhelpful. Very sad when you put your trust and life in the hands of doctors that are not responsive to their patients needs. A doctor not returning calls.where is the duty of care? I have now moved my parents away from this clinic.and will pursue my complaint further.

The wait is fine, doctor's awesome so fare, not as bad as people think, they seem to ensure there patients receive the best treatment, i feel if i hadn't made the change for my parents and myself there health wouldn't be what it is now, a MASSIVE IMPROVEMENT) just need to be patience and wait, good doctors and stuff)
