We have a very unique business model and engaged the help of Ravi at Iotasol to help us develop a custom CRM that not only could manage our clients, but could track the number of hours and description of work carried out for each client.

A fresh new website was created in addition to our CRM which also included the ability for our clients to sign up to our support membership and enter into a direct debit agreement via a Stripe integration they implemented.

Our CRM was then further improved to provide us with the ability to add blogs to our website and keep track of any website enquires that were made rather than having to search through our emails and risk misplacing a potential lead.

We’ve recently increased our number of staff and our scalable CRM has now been further improved to allow our techs to log jobs whilst on-site and allow our accounts staff to access that information in real time in order to invoice our clients.
