Investa Projects offer quality carpet and installation at an inexpensive price. I found them totally polite and professional in their dealings with me, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. The carpet they installed looks great, and is of good quality; they did an efficient and honest job installing it, with no nasty surprises.

I personally believe Investa had gone above and beyond in providing their service for me. (1) Colour Selection: I am based overseas, had trouble choosing a suitable carpet & colour based on photos (due to lighting etc). I decided to call Investa directly to seek their help. I sent through a photo containing the carpet colour and look that I wanted. Hachal Baskar managed to pick out a carpet for me right away. He chose one within my budget (in fact the cheapest range), had the look and feel and colour that I wanted! Without his help, I would have gone down the wrong path completely. (2) Installation: Between my agent and the body corporate manager, an access approval fell through the crack, and was only found out when Andrea Perez from Investa Installation team sent through an email confirming their visit the day before the installation! That email had saved me few hundred dollars of penalty. It might have been Investa’s normal operating procedure to send such confirmation email, but to me, that email was a god send, it saved the day. I couldn’t be more appreciative for Investa’s team for all their help. Doing a reno from overseas is extremely hard, thankfully I was dealing with such professional and experienced company that made a nearly impossible task manageable. Big thank you Investa! ”

1. I must have spoken with 3-5 different people, and no one had the same information that I relayed. I had to basically say the same thing 3-5 times.
2. The person who measured our apartment, who was pleasant and super friendly, told us it would likely take 1 day. We were told this over the phone during the initial call as well.
3. We were then given a contract that said 2 days, and with incorrect information about the status of our apartment.
4. We were finally told it would take 1 full day and part of a morning to finalise.
5. The installer's car didn't work the morning of, and the first day's work didn't commence until 2 pm. We were in a hotel across the street and had to manage a really delayed check out on the second day of our stay. While Investa called early in the morning to let us know, this was an awful start to the project.
6. We had to re-coordinate with our building manager multiple times because of the above*
7. We also asked the installers to only open the balcony to move items, and to please keep the doors shut. They left the doors wide open.
8. The installers managed to do minimal work on the first day, because they only had a few hours. They also told Investa they did more than they actually did, and were "rushed out of the door" by our building manager, which was not the case at all
9. The second day, which was an entire day of work, we arrived and the installers were ready to leave without finishing. We had to ask them to do that. One individual asked if he should vacuum (which is part of the agreement), and I said "yes". He then walked off with my keys, which I managed to get back. We had to vacuum.
10. We asked Investa for any sort of inconvenience discount: between the massive miscommunication, frustration, poor customer service, etc. We would hope to get something in return. Nothing massive of course, but some courtesy.
11. We were told "no, because we completed the project on time".
12. I called back to a different number to process the invoice, and was told they didn't keep my card on file, and I would have to call back Monday, since no one was there to accept payment.

While the carpet looks good and Jacinta at the office of Investa was INCREDIBLE, the rest of the experience was absolutely terrible. There are also several "bubbled" locations on the carpet, and clear bumps where nails are.

From the quotations team, sales team through to the installations team and customer support, the Investa team was extremely professional, helpful and provided a high level of customer service unmatched from many other service providers. I had a number of delays to my installation due to other trades impacting the flooring and blinds install, but Investa did not change the pricing and were in touch periodically to check in. The quotes came with options to suit budget requirements, the sales team extremely responsive via email and phone and the after sales support amazing. I will use them again for any flooring and blinds needs and would highly recommend them to anyone considering flooring/blinds. You will be hard pressed to find anyone that matches this level of service and professionalism. Thank you Investa for a positive experience.

Vi, Mary Anne and Dylan were friendly, helpful and client focused. I needed a blind mechanism replaced for my blind. They ensured I got the correct one. What a great service! I highly recommend Investa Projects Victoria for your blinds need.

When I got the quote from Investa Projects to re-carpet my two-bedroom apartment I was happy that they took the time to provide options that could suit my budget as well as colour recommendations. Their installation service was very efficient, completed on time, and the end result looked amazing. The quality was very high and I have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

When it comes to carpet, Investa Projects are excellent! I've used them a couple of times now and would definitely use them again in future. They're competitively priced and offer a very high level of customer service! Highly recommend!

The company is really professional to deal with and the installers do an excellent job, but you will need to be very clear from start to finish with every person that you speak to from the company (I dealt with about 5) about the requirements for the job, as the details can get missed. My job was complicated as it was patterned carpet. I found carpet elsewhere first, then chose Investa to do the installation as the retailer where I found the carpet didn't get good reviews but the write ups on Investa looked pretty good. Even though I specified the patterned carpet when I booked the job (and supplied a photo), the guy who came out to measure and quote didn't realise the carpet was patterned, so when the installers came out to install the pre-cut pieces, the pattern would have gone in all crazy directions. The company was very good about fixing the problem though and only charged me about an extra 10% more for some extra carpet needed - not to cover waste (which they said covered the cost of), but due to the fact that I needed more length due to reconfiguration of the plan. Also, don't expect the installers to know which direction patterned carpet should run - mine didn't and left it to me on the day to decide, something I wasn't prepared for and still not sure if I made the right choice - my pattern runs away from the front door and up the stairs (?) One other problem was that the time quoted for the job was 1 day, but after a full day of carpeting they needed to come back about 2 weeks later for an extra half day - possibly due to the more complicated work in dealing with patterned carpet (?) So all up I had three separate episodes of having to re-arrange the house to prepare for the installers for a job that should have taken just one day. Don't expect spotless vacuuming or furniture to get put back in the right place. Nice guys though and despite the difficulties, I would use them again.

Too Good!

After using Invetsa for a number of years to present properties for sale, I invited them into my home to carpet some spaces. The job was not easy and had a viciously quick deadline.

Not only does the finished result look amazing, but it was completed on time. Than you Talitha for coordinating this super effort!

Cheers,
Thomas

I could not recommend Investa Projects high enough. Working in Property Management, it is essential to have quality tradespeople you can rely on. They are prompt, efficient, reliable and most importantly communicate. My clients have been thrilled with their service, making it seamless and stress free for all involved. Their pricing is always fair and reasonable. I have moved to different agencies over time and have always brought Investa with me - I would not use anyone else. Special mention to Tim and Caroline who are nothing short of excellent.
