Intrinsic Nutrition

I've always found it difficult to stick with healthy habits for long periods of time and excuses definitely come easier than answers! I am two sessions in at Intrinsic Nutrition and not only do I feel better informed about my body, diet and health habits, but I have a tailored plan that is directly addressing issues I've been dealing with for years. In just under a month, I'm already off heartburn meds and have a noticeable change in my energy levels. Sharon has a wonderful way of guiding and motivating that really sticks, and I after seeing the results I've achieved in such a short time, I'm looking forward to continuing with some of her FLOURISH coaching sessions to continue to stay connected to positive health outcomes I can stick with. Highly recommended!

I started seeing Sharon a little over a month ago. Prior to seeing Sharon I was very malnourished, no energy, always tired and experience some severe stomach pains.

It's safe for me to say that Sharon is the only practitioner that showed empathy, tailored her service to suit me and my needs and who's methods actually worked.

I feel 100 times better. Energy has improved immensely, I have a great nutrition plan full of foods I love and the pain is improving each week. I hardly have any stomach pain now!
I cannot recommend Intrinsic Nutrition enough. Worth every penny, and for me, a life saver. Looking forward to continuing my journey!
