Miles provided a very thorough inspection report of over 70 pages long. We met him onsite and he explained in detail the 3 problematic areas - the two showers, the roof trusses and the ventilation. This enabled us to make an informed decision to buy the house. He was prompt and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend his services.

The wife and myself were very excited about our first house, and the people at Intrepid were very eagar to help. They were able to pencil in an inspection within days, and provide a very detailed report afterwards. Even gave us quick calls through out with updates.

I do lots of work in industrial construction scale, and frequently engage professional inspectors, so I know sometimes an inspector is just constantly derisking their advice by going into overkill. Myles on the other hand was not that kind of inspector. He was extremely thorough and detailed, but also offered technical explanation to allow me to make a very informed risk based decision on buying the property, and gave me enough insight to be able to plan my rectification strategy.
I would definitely use him again for future work as I trust he had my best interests at heart.
