I feel compelled to share my observations about the entire process, particularly regarding how the recruiter handled various aspects of it – starting from the initial contact and scheduling phone or video meetings with recruiters to discuss job roles, all the way through to arranging interviews with potential employers.

I was initially explained what the employer was looking for and what skills I possessed that was best suited for the role, base on the information we discussed, I tailored my interview responses as such, only to be told that they were looking for something quite different to what was discussed with the recruiter.

Furthermore, I've I had to proactively follow up with recruiter multiple times via email or phone calls just to obtain updates on the progress of my application. As someone with a sales background, it's second nature to follow up persistently until a deal is closed. However, despite assurances that I would receive a callback, I often received the classic email response along the lines of "I have tried to call you…" – when in reality, my phone was right beside me all day, eagerly awaiting that promised call.

It's frustrating when such incidents occur, as it feels like a breach of trust and poor time management. I understand that everyone can get swamped with work from time to time, but it's essential to maintain transparency. If you're overloaded or facing time constraints, just admit it; it's far better than leaving someone hanging.

I've managed to get myself work (no help from intojobs) and I still have to have fortnightly phone appointments but they never ring on time, leaving me waiting or not even calling with no notice. So rude and a huge waste of time.

Amazing staff, I was dealing with Verica, who is absolutely great to talk to and goes above and beyond, her communication is 10/10. She is a great asset to intowork I felt and shows that she care about finding you the right job for you.

Rubbish company to work for. Their ethos are only preached but never practiced themselves. If you want to be treated like a doormat go on and work here. It's toxic environment to work in. They will hire you and when its running out of money or cash strapped they will get rid of you swiftly. No wonder it's like revolving door.

If Kim Jong-Un was operating a business in Australia, Into work would fit the criteria perfectly. The business owner Paul is self absorbent, rash and a know it all, not to mention completely out of touch with what’s happening within the community, in fact that all he cares about is promoting his own made up positive image much like Kim Jong himself.

I’m actually certain that most people employed there would find more fulfilment working on the streets of Gaza with missiles incoming than their ivory tower office of Northcoat.

In dictatorship style, If anyone is to speak up or have a great idea internally, much like Kim Jong-Un you will often see them being fed to the dogs or worse still be made a manager.

Into work is truly one of those places which looks great from the outside, then inside you realise how many clueless overpaid drones with a lack of understanding work there, headed up by Kim Jong’s Australian compatriot overseeing the business and you wonder what possess people to consider using their services.

People might think this is made up, I was a client, a worker and part of business who used Into work, safe to say I/we will not be recommending this dictatorship of a company.

Rubbish company to deal with. Don't waste your time here. Clueless clowns just thinking about money.
