The worst experience I have had with any kind of tradesperson, bar none. Work was months late and done poorly which required re-installation. Frequently booked installation that required cancelling because products weren't ready, weren't prepared correctly or the installer wasn't able to do the installation by themselves. Almost without exception they never returned calls even when they undertook to do so. Required frequent calls for job to progress as the work would seemingly stall if you didn't follow up. I've personally had to contact them dozens of times. And not even especially cheap.
