Just now on Victoria road Chirnside park one of your Mercedes vans with plates starting with IPA passed me in an 80zone whilst riding my bike. Already I was on the shoulder he came past me closer than 10cm nearly knocking me off my bicycle. I will be lodging and the GoPro footage online or with the police unless I receive a formal apology

Second time around getting Interlux to look after our window coverings and they did an excellent job, again! From timelines to quality of product and installation they met every expectation. If we were to build again we wouldn't go anywhere else!

The guys at Interlux Design Berwick fitted outdoor blinds for us and we were so delighted with the result. From John in sales to the fitters, they were all punctual, professional and every attention to detail was carried out, at a very reasonable price.

Poor quality curtains and customer service to match. I had curtains installed this year. They were of poor quality with lots of loose threads left on the fabric which i had to cut off with scissors and it took me a long time. The fabric hangs inconsistently where some of it is up off the floor and some of it drags on the floor causing the pleats to not hang properly. Also the blockout lining behind does not sit properly against the fabric again causing the pleats to not hang properly. I contacted them and was requested to send photos and was told that someone would contact me to come to my house to have a look and rectify the issues. After a week i called again and left another message. I am yet to receive a call and probably never will. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the curtains, how they were installed and the customer service following. Once they have your money they are not interested in helping you or resolving any problems. I wasted my money using them and will make sure i tell everyone i know about my experience with interlux. Do not waste your time and money with this company

Nadine, Sebastian, the consultant who came over to measure and finalise the requirements as well as the Interlux representative who fixed the blinds were all so easy to deal with. We were extremely happy with the wide range of products to choose from, quality of the products and customer service provided, all at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Interlux.

They installed blinds but the part goes on top kept falling off. Tried to get them to fix it but they kept telling us to call the manufacturer. Tried to explain that we dealt with them, not the manufacturer numerous times but they kept on saying they forwarded the issue to the manufacturer. It's been 2 years! Don't bother with these guys.

Nick & Sebastian are friendly and thoroughly professional. The store had an array of choices to make your selections. Sebastian also visited our site and gave suggestions there to enable us to make the right choices. Very responsive. Friends who recommended also highlighted their neat work.

We went to few places before I found interlux with a good recommendation of one of my good friends. Interluc team was helpful for me. They have advised with great idea about blinds. I had experience with other company for my previous house, but interlux is the best and number ONE. Interlux provide customers with the best quality and cheapest price. The amazing customer service that we have experienced from the start. They were also very professional. They are well known for their service and quality of product. If only I could rate one star. This place has the most DISGUSTING customer service and not at all helpful. Do not recommend ever coming here again, I was going to use this company for our new home that will be built. But the lady that served me was the most disrespectful woman you will ever meet and I hope someone else does not have the same experience I did
