Very happy with the service, the quality of the furniture, delivery and price. Bought the buffet unit and TV cabinet. Really happy and stylish.
Poor quality! They sent me a damaged coffee table and replaced it with the even worst one! When they sent the replacement, the service was great, and it was imminently dispatched with express delivery, but they didn't check if the item was in good condition to be sent out. So disappointing! Don't put too much hope.

We purchased the Dominic Buffet - Walnut on a recent trip to Melbourne. It was delivered to Adelaide quickly without any problems and we have had many comments on how beautiful it is. We use it as a TV entertainment unit under a Frame TV.
0 stars. I purchased Massey 3m Wooden Dining Table - Black
Lasted less than 6 months before finish flakes and splits in multiple areas. Wood grain finish is painted only not stained and does not cope with food or water on the table. Impractical flawed design not suitable for eating/ drinking or dining as the name suggests.
Had the same issues with the replacement as well but in different spots, so they know this is the case and clearly not due to usage.
The finish is more suited to a hall table or similar that does not have daily use of food and drink.
Poor customer service, no response for 3 weeks.
Save your money and buy something else.
It's a beautiful, solid coffee table. Have been using it for a month now. No complaints. It's a cynosure of our living area.

Shop at your own risk! Beware of their sneaky / misleading wording and hidden conditions in their refund policy which they appear to think is clear to customers; my item said ‘qualifies for returns’ however lengthy hidden clauses basically removes any chance of you being able to return an item you’ve purchased online. After multiple emails and little assistance, I had to request for a store credit as a final resort to which they obliged. Recommend you shop elsewhere - Many of their items are available at other stores that offer better customer service and returns support if something doesn’t work out. Josh was unfortunately condescending and rude in his dealing with my situation. Had one bad experience with them a few years back, thought I would give them a second chance and deeply regret it.
Great products but make sure to check the measurements yourself as lots of the dimensions are incorrect. We ordered a stool online that was wider than advertised. Also went into the store to look at others many items had the incorrect width.
Walled in to make an in store purchase, they said I couldn’t come in with my small, (picked up puppy).
They obviously don’t want any clients. Very disappointed.

I recently made a purchase of a desk from Interior Secrets for $800 and my experience with this business has left me regretting my purchase and never making another purchase from here again nor am I suggesting others come here for furniture.
I have had multiple issues from the day I press "buy now".
Issue 1
The first time around I was notified one day before my item was meant to be delivered that they were missing items require to assemble it, why was it up for sale and listed as available if the item was not in stock in its entirety? It took over a 2 weeks of delegation and wait time to actually arrange a time to deliver it and get it delivered.
Issue 2
Excited and thrilled to finally have my new desk; I opened the package to discover there was no instructions to assemble it. So I contacted their customer support via the text service only to wait 45 minutes for incorrect assembly instructions to be sent back, I sent a second message and received yet again instructions that had no mention of my desk once I read the file.
Further more the instructions did a very poor job of communicating to the user what each step was referencing, screws, packets and components had no labels "assemble support leg" and it casually skips over 2 steps of how to assemble said leg and this was true for both sets of instructions. In the end I had to reference both sets of instructions to reverse engineer how it was meant to be assembled.
Portion of the instructions were even upside down to the rest.
Issue 3
After putting together 90% of the desk I begin to place the 3 in 1 fixings so the top of the desk can be fixed to the drawer cabinet only to discover the bolts provided are way bigger than the holes provided.
After contacting them a 4th time I was given an non answer and directed to their returns and refunds page where I had to submit a form for the support services to yet again contact me.
All this being said I honestly don't understand how a business can purchase and sell this product. Let alone charge $800 for such a poor end user experience.
Finally I want to make it clear that the sales representatives that have been in contact with me; Monica, Josh and Rhiannon have tried their very best to help and resolve the issues. Thank you to the 3 of you
Visited Wednesday afternoon with the full intention of purchasing, two bedside tables, two entertainment units, dining table, chairs, and a console I had been eyeing online. I also wanted to discus office fitouts for my companies offices that I've just purchased.
Despite wearing head to toe designer, staff ignored me, and were not helpful at all. Sucks because I really liked all the items I had chosen and was ready to buy but dang I really don't want to after that.
Products seemed nice though. Maybe just teach your staff to at least attempt to have a conversation with a customer to find out why they're there before ignoring them?
I suggest not to purchase from this store.
Not only do they not cater for those who live in apartments with no lifts but I also received a faulty product.
I had to make a fuss about delivery but even then, no indication when the delivery was coming. I was meant to receive a notification 30 min prior to delivery but didn’t, luckily I was home.
Perfect pieces of furniture at a great price, very easy pickup process. Thank-you to Rachel for providing help with what I needed done, by far best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Will definitely be returning.
Had such an amazing experience with interior secrets from the sales team to the prompt delivery. Originally purchased a pre order bed but circumstances had changed and I needed a bed ASAP. I reached out to the sales team and Travis was on it straight away, he was able to transfer over the money to a bed that is in stock. I spoke to him on the Monday and by Friday I had a brand new bed. Delivery boys were great also. The bed purchased in the end was the Castillo king bed-pearl grey, it’s absolutely perfect for the space and amazing quality.
10/10 will be back!
