21Ordered some spare parts for my monitor audio speakers. Customer service is the best I have experienced from a hifi distributor. They organised the delivery from their uk supplier. Pricing is also reasonable. Response via email is normally just 1 business day. Amazing company.

This place is the benchmark for outstanding customer service! I emailed very late on a Friday night with a question about a new amp that had arrived for my sub, and I received an answer early Saturday morning! Frank answered my question and followed up a few days later to make sure that everything was going well. Indeed it is.
These guys tracked down a hard to find original remote for the long discontinued Oppo UDP-203 and delivered it on time. Communication was quick, clear and helpful every step of the way. The team at Interdyn are a bunch of legends.
These guys are fantastic. I was having issues with a product. I emailed looking for help, and they got back to me very quickly with practical solutions. None of which worked, so they offered to either fix the unit or replace it, and promptly sent me a shipping label. I currently own a Svs Pb 4000 subwoofer and it started to make a strange rattling noise, no problem it’s almost 3 years old and it came with a 5 year warranty!
I rang the shop where I purchased the sub from and they said they don’t deal with the warranties another company does called Interdyn Brands, I thought to myself here we go!
I contacted Interdyn Brands through their website, I had to fill in their forms on their site saying briefly what the issue was, I received a reply within an hour
They ask me to check a few things out on the sub, which I did.
Next I had to make a short video of the issue I had with the subwoofer.
Every correspondence i had with Interdyn Brands I had a response pretty much on the same day thanks to George and Tom
I think it was three days from contacting Interdyn Brands I had my first package delivered to my house

I followed the instructions that George sent through, Unfortunately the amp module didn’t fix the problem with the sub so I emailed George back and his response was, not an issue or a problem we will post out a new driver to you right away, of course I sent back the amp module with the supplied pre-paid postage
The new driver arrived within a couple of days once again I was following the instruction video that George sent through and yes it was relatively easy, it was just heavy.
So the PB 4000 subwoofer was all fixed and sounding fantastic and all this happened in a relatively short space of time.
The guys at Interdyn Brands have been fantastic very professional and their customer service and care really does shine through.
Big shout out to George and Tom for their support and care.
Please don’t hesitate to use Interdyn Brands you won’t be disappointed.

Have used them as a supplier for a few years now. Highly knowledgeable staff, always quick to respond to queries. Big respect to Leigh also, who has sorted any hiccups promptly.
I bought a Pro-Ject turntable in the Black Friday sales and left it unopened until Christmas. I set it up on Christmas Day after two weeks of play it appeared I had a faulty unit. I contacted Interdyn and sent them a video of the problem. The customer service was amazing - thank you, George. He dispatched a new unit the next day. I received it a few days later via Australia Post, packaged up the faulty unit and Interdyn paid for it to be returned. The new unit works perfectly. I couldn't be happier.
My new SVS sub had BT issues, and I contacted Interdyn who were very responsive, especially Tom, was sent a free replacement amp card and assisted in getting the sub’s BT to work. Appreciate their service.
I received incredibly prompt, friendly and professional service when I needed a turntable part replaced. I could not recommend Interdyn Brands more highly.
Spin Clean Record Cleaner.
I purchased a vinyl record cleaner called Spin Clean. The fluid it came with had something soft, brown and stringy in the fluid. I contacted the manufacturer on their website who put me on to the Australian whole saler, Interdyn. The service Interdyn gave me was fantastic. They sent me a new faultless fluid bottle as it was clear. I tried the Spin Clean vinyl record cleaner according to instructions and was able to clean a number of vinyl records. Some of my vinyls I have had for 40 years had a build up of dirt / mildew etc from over the years which either did not sound well or caused the stylis to skip. After cleaning my records with Spin Clean the sound coming from the vinyl was phenominal. I never thought that Spin Clean Vinyl Record Cleaner would do such a wonferful job. One thing that Spin Clean can not do is take away deep scratches in the vinyl record. However, that is not part of the system to do. Thanks to Interdyn for backing up the warranty for replacing the fluid cleaner.
I’ve had great service from Interdyn Brands. I encountered an issue and they resolved it promptly and without any fuss.
I received a quotation to replace the internet radio module in my Rotel, on Tuesday sent the unit from Sydney to Victoria via Post, which took only 1 day; the unit was repaired, updated and tested within a day; taken to the Post Office for shipping and it arrived back on Monday. Interdyn has done very well, also Australia Post, thank you. All is now working fine. Well done, excellent service!
Five stars all the way for how quickly and professionally Tom and the team handled getting my Rotel amp repaired.
The amp on my SVS PB 13 Ultra stopped working and Interdyn were able to supply an upgraded amp board from SVS for a great price. It was easy to fit. Delivery was very fast and the sub was back up and running better than before.
Wonderful experience dealing with the team at Interdyn to get my amplifier issues sorted under warranty really quickly. They went above and beyond what was needed to be done and I was totally satisfied with the outcome. Leigh is an absolute legend and the team there are a pleasure to deal with. Six stars if I could:)
