Just recently completed my work placement and all I can say is studying in Intercare will give you the right knowledge and training as well as future job opportunities if you want to go into aged care or disability sector. She’s like a mother figure to all her students and it is very enjoyable when you are in her class.

1.) Easy, thought-inducing subject delivery via zoom group classes & cloud assessment.
2.) Moderate - Fast pace classes every week, new module every week
3.) Multiple classes during the day and night throughout the week and weekend.
4.) When comparing my subjects with other student's who have studied their qualifications at different institutions it is clear that they are not being taught the mandatory skills or have useful modules and training, such as care plan management.
5.) Great for persons with disabilities or for caring parent's.

Completing one module at a time like this is the best way to deliver education and teach skills, hopefully more universities adopt block modes soon.

I have recently completed my Certificate IV in Ageing Support and trained with Jane Salesse, who was just wonderful. She is such a passionate, hard working lady who offered a terrific teaching style, reflecting her experiences and passion for our older people Jane was able to use her skills to successfully conduct the classes, often sharing her experiences to teach interesting and engaging subject and was able to adapt, as we all had to navigate the challenges of the Covid lockdown. Five stars Jane!
Also, the other staff at Intercare were very helpful and professional and I would highly recommend students to train with your organisation. I will just mention that the books, particularly the placement book needs to be reviewed and consider improvements.

Comprehensive training provided by experienced trainers. Jane is just awesome, very co-operative, understanding and provides knowledge that can be easily applied in practice. They make sure you know it all inside out before you start a job.

It’s ridiculous **** specially the person who is handling the placement allocations ; she should give her job to someone else utterly unprofessional.

Not so happy with the service.will surely not recommend it to my friends. Why is it so hard for people to keep their word? One of the trainers said that when everything is approved after we finish the enrollment, one of them will call us to inform that we can start our course but we (me and my friends) didn't get any call. If we had not called again and again to inquire about "when the course will begin, " we wouldn't have started probably until now. SO SAD THAT YOU HAVE TO POKE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN BEFORE THEY REALLY START ACTING. SO GLAD IM DONE WITH MY COURSE, WILL SURELY NOT DO ANOTHER COURSE HERE.
