Our local gaming spot, small enough to keep our eyes on the little ones. Could do with a little more space from the village side.

Was there today at 5pm, January 11, the guy came out to serve us, the second time we went back to the counter he never came out, we literally had noone serve us, school hols and absolutely dead today.
Miss the old games.

Had both my kids birthday there today a joint party. Was an amazing day. Everything was perfect. Tamara went above and beyond to help us all and make the day a perfect one for my kids. Every one this is your next venue for the kids party ask for Tamara. Thanks for everything

There should be more arcade machines. I went to this other arcade and there were way more games.

Forced to pay minimum $25 for a game card, tap only for games now $2.20, $2.70 & $3 each - something that should be just fun for kids is now a complete scam. Won't be back again.

Had my daughters birthday there and it was amazing, great place for the kids.clean venue, great games and entertainment, great service from the staff, very helpful and always smiling. I would recommend this venue for a kids birthday anytime.
Great customer service from the location manager also, checking to see if everything is ok and making sure the kids are enjoying themselves.

Horrible service and won 10,000 tickets on a game and the employees didn’t let me win especially this lady with lots of makeup on so rude and ignorant do recommend it

It used to be a very cheap, fun arcade. But recently, the prices of all games went up by so much! All games that used to be $1 are now $3 (including claw machines). Plus, ticket pay-outs are so low! Might as well go to Timezone/Millionlife instead to actually get your money worth.

Not the best of games. Do not play the claw game. Not worth it!
I had an issue with one of the staff members Im pretty sure her name was Tamara she was just very arrogant and rude. I basically just left.
Was just too busy chatting to someone while we were waiting to be served.

I had an issue on one of the machines. The team went over and above to help fix the issue and reward my kids with there earnt prizes. A big thanks for all involved and I would recommend this business for their integrity and quick response to fix and resolute a problem.

Alright arcade games and not many variety. Games are not worth the tickets. DO NOT PLAY THE CLAW MACHINES THEY ARE RIGGED. I personally liked the deal or no deal, stacker ski ball. They have bad better ticket pay off and not many prizes but overall this place is alright.

Just an average video game arcade. Semi new games mixed in with ancient games, which no one has heard of. It's just next to the cinema so a fun way to kill time before a movie.

We have used groupon vouchers regularly. With the last voucher we bought we were told by staff we could not use it during school holidays. We went back when it was not school holidays and told could only use fri and sunday within a two hour window. What a waste of money. We have been loyal customers. Not anymore.

Went first time and loved it. Only one thing when they have holidays package for kids at the end of the games there was no toys to choose for any minimum tickets. Kids were disappointed bit at the end

I love the atmosphere of Intencity arcades. The machines available here and the friendly environment is something I greatly enjoy and I feel other arcades lack. The staff here are super awesome and I always have a great time here!

Had my son's 7th birthday, game machines are limited but he still had a great time. Friendly staff a bonus!

Very small area joined to the cinema. Good for a short period of time with the kids. Doesn't have much for the very little ones.
