I’ve had many computer problems over the years, and whenever I couldn’t fix it, I would Google and engage a likely technician. It would always be someone different, because I was never entirely pleased with the previous technician for one reason or another. More recently, I have had major computer, and network issues, and it was at the time of the first of these that I contacted Sapient Technology Solutions who had been highly recommended to me by several associates. I spoke with Shamus, who listned patiently to my problem. He then remotely installed minor applications on my computer, took control of it, and within a few minutes had me back up and running. When I had network issues some months later, one simple phone call, and Shamus had me up and running again in a short while. I have been so pleased with Sapient Technology Solutions, that I have even purchased a new computer system from them.
