My employer uses the services of Intellect IT for IT support. I have always had quick and efficient dealings with the team. Over the years I have interacted with a number of the technicians for various IT issues and never had a poor experience!

Excellent customer service! I've reached out to their support team on multiple occasions, and without fail, they have consistently been extremely polite and friendly. Their expertise shines through, with my IT issues consistently being resolved efficiently and in a timely manner.

IntellectIT has been of great help in implementing projects for us and the Engineers are very professional and technically strong.

Have interacted with these guys almost daily. Great support team who are able to prioritise urgent issues and resolve them promptly. If something is out of scope, they will endeavor to find someone who can assist with the issue, granted that doesn't happen too often.

Intellect IT, are a top quality managed service provider.
We transitioned to Intellect IT of course there was startup issues, but that is normal.
We noticed a huge improvement with call quality, SLA's, follow up, attention to detail.

One thing is to note all the techs and support staff are local and in this country! No longer are you speaking to someone overseas that doesn't understand you.
The knowledge and experience from the team is wonderful, with service like this why would you want to change?

This company is a sham. I had applied for a position to this company with 20 years experience in the technology field.twice on to be rejected. The companies career structure is similar to mine. I possess over 7 years selling IBM Solutions and SMB client management for system integrators and MSP's and a BDM wasn't given the time of day. Prejudice maybe.singled out by this company for sure. Be VERY wary. Review this company -5 star. Thanks for your response. With working with Top Tier resellers and solutions providers for the past 20 years and managing selling many technology solutions. Reading this companies website and corporate profile team I have questioned the hiring processes. Reading the companies response I would very concerned of this organisation. I wont be calling them any time soon for ANY recommendations throwing out a olive branch.

IntellectIT have partnered with Mertons since our inception nearly 15 years ago. Although they provide outsourced IT support they feel very much a part of our team. We highly recommend them.
