E-Brake handle malfunctioned within 12 months of buying used car, fixed through Integrity with no issues whatsoever. 0 out of pocket expense, they even reminded me that I shouldn't be paying for the diagnostic fee that the dealership tried to push onto me. Maintain your vehicle regularly through a workshop and keep a history of it to reference when asked after submitting a claim.

Wow, I couldn't be happier with my car extended warranty from Integrity Extended Warranties! Their customer service is top-notch. It's so easy to get in touch with them whenever I have a question or concern. They're always prompt in their responses and provide clear and helpful information. Plus, the approval process was lightning fast! I was amazed at how quickly they got everything sorted out. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a hassle-free and reliable car extended warranty

My claim was put in by my mechanic and seen to straight away, no mucking about, was approved within 24 hours.
Cannot speak highly enough of this company.
Very impressive.

So at first there was some confusion at first on the part in my car that needed replacing but they quickly rectified their mistake and approved my claim. Fast communication and listened to my concerns.

Integrity helped me out of a tough spot. My claim for a timing chain was originally declined due to it not completely failing however once I spoke with a manager they agreed to pay the full claim amount. I didn't have enough money to cover the repair myself so it was appreciated. I would recommend reading the terms and conditions to ensure you know what is and isn't covered. Thanks Integrity!

Worst Warranty Company ever! Staff are incredibly rude everytime I've called up and also very dismissive of your issues. They'll make you jump through absolutely every hoop there is before being able to make a claim (That is even if you are able to make a claim). This company does not provide insurance they are very clearly running a scam!

EDIT: Integrery car care just got in touch with us and offered to pay quiet a significant amount of our bill. Also, it was partly our fault as we could have informed us better about the process. We are really happy about how quick and friendly the feedback and compromise came from them. Happy to edit with a positive feedback

Please stay away from this company. Had several calls telling them our front prop shaft would need to be fixed. After stating that we would get the repair done and claiming the money back afterwards, we weren’t told that it wouldn’t work like that, I was just told that I don’t have authority over the warranty (my girlfriend does). We sent the required quote and the bill, but they won’t pay us back because they now tell us they would have needed the quote before. I understand every single bad review, please don’t get scammed by this joke of a company, they try to get out of everything.

Do not waste your money on this company refuse to pay for anything I bought a vehicle that ended up having a old timing belt was told it was new and it blew my engine. I just had to pay 6k for new engine after 2 months of owning the vehicle because they refused to pay anything to cover the engine I have new engine getting installed and the mechanics said I should put new timing belts on as look old so I put a claim thrue seams I paid $3500 for there warranty I might aswell yous it they have refused instantly to cover the cost of $400 dollars for timing belt kit as the warranty says cover for timing chain not timing belt so I asked for a refund because they won't cover anything I've asked for and they said they won't refund unless I have my car stolen or seized WORST COMPANY EVER THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TELL U TO DEAL WITH IT

IM A MECHANIC. AND DO INTEGRITY WARRANTY CLAIMS WORK.if its covered in the warranty book, its covered.integrity will not beat around the bush.some people expect a "warranty" to cover everything including the door handles.its a mechanical warranty and it covers mechanical things.service your car on time and integrity will look after you.yes there are limits, but at least you have some help in repairs and in most cases the claim will pay the lot.in my experience (i have done work for all the other warranty companies), integrity are far better and less hassle before approving a claim.

I would give a minus rating if I could to be honest.

You get a car hope it doesnt breakdown and if it does the insurance covers it. But with integrity dont expect that.

You: I got a leak under the car
Integrity: We dont cover for that.
You: I have dashboard lights not working
Integrity: We dont cover for that.
You: I got an ABS issue.
Integrity: We dont cover for that.

Frankly a scammer is better then these lot, at least scammer dont call you every few days to let you know you have been scammed.

TLDR - DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF A USED CAR DEALER IS ASKING YOU TO BUY THIS WARRANTY. THEY DONT COVER A THING.

Pathetic customer service, just finding a excuse to not process a claim. First response always is it cannot be covered. This time the manage for contact centre team, some person called Madisson (hoping that name is correct) suggested they cannot process a claim if I have not saved a invoice from a service. Apparently, service log book is not enough.
This is just a silly excuse to not have to process a claim. The contact centre staff looked well trained to say and refer to booklet and point to the fine print, as in page x, paragraph y, line z.

I asked for a formal written response to the claim and was told "refer to the booklet".

Spent 1500 for a comprehensive 5 year cover on this and has been total waste of money. I could have spent that money on repair myself.

Absolutely junk service, and easy way to cheat people and make money.

Terrible infuriating Company.
Conflicting information and a refusal to pay.
It turns into a full time job to get any reimbursement.
Slow to react and 'unfortunately we can't cover that' seems to be their telephone operators favourite sentence.

Bought a Holden Captiva from Best Buy Auto Prestige with this Integrity warranty included, 70k on the clock and 4 years old.

The next day the engine management light came on. As a mechanical guy with tools, I diagnosed it myself and it was an intake VVT solenoid.
Was flat out refused any help from Integrity and had none from the dealer despite it being apparently under a 3 month dealers warranty.

Had to rectify it ourselves literally straight off the forecourt, $125 down.

A couple of weeks later the alternator packed in. Integrity told us to source any certified mechanic to verify my diagnosis to approve a claim, as they apparently had no approved repairers in the area.
We did so, and paid $99 for diagnosis and quote and integrity refused to fund the repairs with that mechanic, as that mechanic wanted to fit a new alternator for $1030, and integrity would only fund for a refurbished alternator for $600 all up, when integrity claim they offer up to $1200 for this problem in their pamphlet!

Integrity eventually gave us the details of a local approved repairer who fitted the part (why couldn't they do this from the first instance) and then refused to pay for the original diagnosis, which was a complete waste of our money and time, despite this being their own direction.

Its the kind of company which does not instill confidence at all, to the point that you dare not source a hire car while you're stranded in a different state with no vehicle, as you do not trust them to reimburse you, for fear of being even more out of pocket.

Life lesson: I will never ever allow a dealer to use a warranty as a means of negotiation when purchasing a vehicle.
I was unaware of this as I have always bought vehicles privately.

Edit: Integrity owners did take the time to contact me after my review and reimburse the 99 dollar diagnosis charge which was gladly received. This shows the upper management do care so I have increased my rating by a couple of stars
