My experience with Intergrated smiles has been absolutely amazing, The ladies at reception are very friendly and welcoming, Dr penny is an amazing dentist, makes you feel comfortable and does fantastic job.

The team at Integrated Smiles were all so beautiful and friendly! From when you open the door you're greeted with welcoming smiles and hospitality, there wasn't a long wait at all to see the dentist and the waiting chairs were very comfortable.
Today for my check up and x-rays I saw Dr Penny and the nurse on with her was Amber. The rooms were very tidy and Dr Penny and Amber both naturally made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr Penny and Amber were the perfect mix of causal and professional, making you feel at home and relaxed. They were non judgmental and I felt encouraged to talk and ask any questions that came to mind. All my questions were answered in detail and I was able to walk away feeling listened to with all the reassurance and information I needed.
I had a great experience and would 100% recommend Integrated Smiles to anyone, especially if you are someone who gets nervous when it comes to the dentist!

Absolutely fantastic. First time attending this clinic and I’m so impressed. Dr Ben was brilliant and explained everything perfectly to me. I had been shamed before at different dentist about drinking soft drink, but there was none of that with him. He was very kind and understanding. Reception were a hoot as well! Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely amazing with my daughter, after being assaulted and have her two front teeth chipped they made them look thanks so much.

The front of house staff, Dentist and Dental Nurse were super thoughtful, kind and conscientious of my previous dental traumas.im so grateful. I was also really grateful that there were payment options available as it was an emergency fix that I was financially unprepared for.

I have only been with Integrated Smiles a short time but I have found the whole team to be exceptional. The reception staff are just as outstanding as the dental staff and so easy to talk with and arrange appointments. My dental work has turned out to be a bit complex and every step of the way had been clearly explained to me.

I made Integrated Smiles my choice of dentist after making use of other practices in Bendigo. I highly recommend their services. From the moment you enter the practice to leaving it, you only get the best professional service and advice from them. During my latest visit for a deep clean I was treated with so much patience and professionalism. My treatment was interrupted by several emergency calls from family. Mr Mastoor and his nurse allowed me to answer my phone and also made sure I was calm and acceptable for my treatment. I received valuable information on future treatment plans and was given flowers on my way out. This gesture of care for their patients is rare. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the joy they brought to my day as well as the wonderful professional service by all staff.

OH MY GOODNESS. I dont like going to the dentist but i had no choice as i chipped my front tooth. Dr Aghera was amazing he knew i hated the needles so he fixed my tooth without being numbed. Tooth looks amazing so thank you Dr Aghera. And also thank you to his helper (sorry forgot ur name) The receptionist were so lovely as well. If ur scared like i am please give these guys a call u wont regret it. Cheers Lorraine Allen.

Great communication before the appointment. Good use of SMS. Liked getting a link to fill in my details…no paper forms on arrival.

I think the price was right for a first appointment. Only feedback was the price was about $100 more than the estimate I was given over the phone. Still giving 5-stars because I think the price is reasonable for the work done.

As a visitor to Bendigo needed emergency dental appt. The best dental practice I have been to. Reception staff lovely dentist explained options very well. Most impressed.
