Integrated Sex + Relationship Therapy

I've been seeing Lauren since the start of Covid. Switching from in person meeting to Zoom was difficult mentally but Lauren supported me every time I needed. She's constantly adapted to my schedule and gone out of her way to fit me in.

Moving to Adelaide meant that I couldn't see Lauren in person even after Covid yet whenever I travel back for a weekend she's somehow made a spot available just so we can meet in person together.

6/5 stars! My life wouldn't be the same without her help!

The single best thing I’ve ever done in my life, the progress that I’ve made in a matter of months is unbelievable, Lauren is extremely easy to talk to, committed to do a good job, and present whenever you need.
As a queer and polyamorous person I am glad I could find someone that is competent and prepared in those topics as well.

I couldn't recommend Lauren enough. She was incredibly supportive and offered tailored exercises that allowed my partner and I to work towards our goals. My partner and I felt very comfortable, considered, and listened to while Lauren helped us along our journey.

After a pretty awful period in my life I decided to make an appointment to see Lauren which was the best thing I did. On our first session she made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. Our discussions were always positive and uplifting. She empowered me to move in a positve direction and gave me the confidence to believe. The tools she used were very helpful and always followed up on information she found and sourced to help me feel more positive. She also gave me a great insight into my personality traits. Lauren helped me get through a pretty dificult period both with sexual confidence and relationships and helped me find myself. I truly would recomend her to anyone who is looking for a passionate therapist.
