I love this shop. It's one of few small businesses left in Acland street to survive COVID-19 and changes in ownership of leaseholds after a very quick influx of foreign investment. And here is why it survives year on year in a bespoke location and the competitive business arena of women's fashion. (1) They have a lot of really well priced clothing. The range is huge from the Israeli brand Mavi, through to Italian Star (which is omg comfortable and fast becoming my new fav). (2) The staff are so lovely to deal with - they're warm, they're attentive, they have a good eye for fashion, they will help you curate certain looks to suit you. Nothing is too much or too hard. This customer service is a rarity in women's fashion today. And they're actual real people who show they're personality rather than some cookie cut retail assistant who could be powered by AAA batteries and an in-built Siri function. (3) There is flexibility with payment options including afterpay. (4) If you are after something specific, they will do their best to find it for you, or will find something that is as close as possible. (5) This shop is understated - there's no pomp and circumstance, no pressure sales, plenty to occupy your fashion fancies, a section for discounted items where you will get some of great bargains, and accessories which you won't find elsewhere (**I'm a little bit in love with the geometric wooden bracelets**). If you're in St Kilda, drop in and see this lovely team of ladies and let them dress you and spoil you with some customer service.

We had family arrive from out of town yesterday and we took them shopping in St Kilda.

The customer service at this store is OUTSTANDING. The staff member working on 08/01/2019 on the afternoon shift went well and truly above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They kept the store open and didn't make us feel like a bother. I just can't say enough to say how amazing our experience was.

Used to be the former small old Acland Street pharmacy before they moved to that much bigger building (where Cash Converters used to be!) both stores/franchise are beyond hopeless by the way!

I recommend this store. I have been a customer for 3 years and the quality and variety of accessories are amazing. Staff are so friendly and that arrogant in his review so wrong staff are overly friendly but store owners work hard shop hours are shop hours. What's wrong with people. I highly recommend this store cloting wash well amazing quality service shoes hand bags heaps better then cotton on.

Went in to buy a t-shirt for my wife and the woman looked at her watch and said "It's past 6 o'clock, we're closed". It was 6: 01. Service!
