Amazing, Amazing Amazing.
I can not stress enough how good this Institute is.
Teachers are all very professional and willing to help even if you are not one of theirs student.
My teacher was thilini and despite the fact that we were 80 plus students she handled all of us very well and did not leave nobody behind. She always made sure that we were all on the same page and clarify any dilemma of questions.
The course coordinator was Sue not to sure where to start, she has being amazing, super-super amazing, since day-one.
She always gave the easiest instruction and solution, guided us on documentations needed, on the policy and the procedure of any simulated based assessment and organised student activity including live bleeding, SBA and placement with is where you learn a lot about the every day pathology collection.if one of us (students) had a problem she did her best to fix it in successful way.
Also Sue replays to any inquiry within 12h, she must to have a fast internet connection.
Sue is appreciable, professional, adorable and super genuine.

What else to say, to whoever would like to start a course of pathology collection, nursing, disability or any health related sector, I highly suggest INHA, I am sure you will not be disappointed:)

Very approachable, if I have questions and having troubles with any of my assesments, they were both so helpful and always happy to assist me and the rest of the class whenever they can. I have paid them for nothing. They didn't refunded my money on my course cancellation saying i missed the date.charged me 961$ for no reason. On more than 1000 request they started giving me their own made rules.even not giving reason of not refunding money in writing because they are not working ethically. Please I request scholar students to stay away from this worst money oriented institute. No one is serious. Specially the Branch manager. I am posting this review to save others, as i know it will take another year to me to get my money back from them.

I would like my hard earned $961 back which IHNA charged me for no reason. Please dont reply with your email and number. What IHNA did is very mentally stressful and unlawful. Not giving me in writing why they did charged $961 even after hundreds on email and calls.

It seems fraudulent to the student. Stricly view the rules before enrollment. This institute isn’t helpful to overseas student.

Fraud Institute, you have to pay for what you have not studied here. IHNA please don't reply here with your email and number, i have those things already but still you, your staff and manager didn't refunded my money. So reply here whole truth. I have enrolled in course, defrred it to next intake, got approval and then due to lockdown issue i had to withdraw.but they did not refunded saying that i have passed my census date.in fact i did not missed any census date.this reviews are to save others from such incidents.

I have completed my certificate course in health admin. I have got all support from college admin and also the educator. My admin bhakti is amazing always in touch with your class schedule and prompt replies on your queries. My educator Anto has been great giving support on all units scheduled.

Completed my Cert III Pathology Collection at IHNA (Heidelberg Campus). My teacher was brilliant with loads of experience and knowledge, answering any questions I had.
Started my new career path in pathology this May and haven't looked back!

I take my review back. Govind is a disaster and highly unprofessional guys that your have onboard. We had a terrible experience due to him, as he was creating lots of confusion and animosity among the students. Better sack him.

Did the Certificate IV in Health Administration course at IHNA Melbourne campus and now successfully qualified. Practical, placement was a great experience and helped me enter the industry straight away

A organisation that caters mainly to overseas students with little support for domestic students.
Amazing educators, however lack of communication, organisation and support from administrators/management which is a shame as the organisation will end up loosing the teaching staff.
-Had placements cancelled without letting students know.
-Have to constantly follow up issues and mistakes.
-low quality facility
-Continuous change of educators for the same subjects
-inappropriate placements
-work isn’t marked by your educator, marked by external markers interstate or overseas
-Keen to get your money and get you out the door just as quick.

Well guys you have to consider other school coz if you try to quit from course they will make you feel criminal. That's bad approach guys. Student not here to tell you management role. They just here study. I regret

This institution is at a very poor standard in terms of service. They are quick to initiate conversations on monetary terms, but take their time when having to open the online study resources. If you have another option, consider it.

Had a very positive and friendly experience with the recruitment team, specially Govind assisted a lot in accomplishing the admission process.

This is a great place to acquire the knowledge and skills you need to work at the health care system
