Ash was very thorough and professional, and his knowledge of suits and fabrics was vast and very impressive. He has a very high attention to detail, and spent the time to make sure my measurements were just right for my impending suit order. An excellent experience - will definitely go back and see him!

In the Armadale store, Ashford was absolutely amazing throughout my whole wedding suit tailoring experience.

He helped me build the perfect suit over 3 months and multiple suit fittings, leading up to my wedding day. Ashford wouldn’t settle until I was completely satisfied with the fit of my suit, and towards the end, picking up even minor imperfections that I wouldn’t have noticed, and organising them to be removed via further tailoring.

Ashford made the whole experience for me and my father very smooth and to be honest, he exhibited the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. I can’t speak highly enough of Ashford’s service and his professional, yet charismatic nature throughout the whole process.

I will definitely be recommending Institchu and in particular Ashford, to anyone I know that is getting married and in need of a tailored suit.

Alice was very professional with her advice around the expected turnaround time for a wedding suit. Honest and upfront that all the alterations may not be done in time for my wedding and helping me make the my decisions. This is Cliche but I wish there were negative stars to give. First of all the Joint not company is a Joke. Total rip-off artist Do not I Repeat Trust them. They are all about the Bait and Switch
You pick out a pattern and 4 weeks into production they t we ll you they are out of stock. Just to sale a higher priced suit. They refuse to honor discounts and the sales people Ash and head office are useless.
BEWARE And STAY Away! Next stop I will be going to Consumer Affairs!
Keep your hard earned money and go elsewhere where they Don’t try and CHEAT You!

I was pleased with the final outcome of my jacket and shirt, quality and final design was great. However, the process during the consultation, measuring, and fitting made me feel like I was very unwelcome there.
I was served by a lady and she appeared very blunt and flippant to my questions. I’m usually very easy going but I felt that for a service based industry, where word of mouth is also crucial, they need to improve otherwise there are plenty of other options out there.
