Found the pricing to fix my cracked phone screen here to be quite high compared to other options in the market. I'd recommend shopping around and getting quotes from different places to ensure you're not overspending.

This is a delayed review for Zeeshan and Vince back in November 2021 who fixed my personal laptop which needed a battery replacement. Excellent job from both of them!

We visited Instaphone fix at Cheltenham branch and received excellent service from Govind. There was no hesitation about how small our requirement was. We were attended to immediately and our request acknowledged and solution provided.
It makes us truly believe this is the place to come to for our future Phone/ Tablet or any electronic gadget accessories and recommended others highly too to visit them and see how wonderful they are.

PLEASE READ! My experience with this company has been awful. I smashed the back of my iPhone 14 and was told that there were NO risks with replacing the glass. They gave me a whole story about the fact that apple doesn’t store anything in the back of the phones anymore so it’s perfectly safe to lift the glass and replace it. What they failed to tell me is that the microphone sits in the back of the phone glued down.so my microphone stopped working once the repair was done. Apple diagnosed the lifting of the glue to have caused damage to the speaker and said that is why they don’t offer replacement of the back glass.
If this store had warned me of these risks, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the service. I paid $300 and now have to pay another $1000 to get apple to replace my phone now. I was given false information about the service. I asked for a refund but they have refused. They only offered to attempt to fix the speaker but I declined as it would require them to re open the phone, un glue everything again and I am not confident in their service.
Customer service was very poor.
Would not recommend ever getting your back glass replaced- pay the apple premium once because otherwise you’ll end up double paying anyway.
