I lodged my claim via IntegraShield, I was contacted by Instant Windscreen the very next day and the repair was carried out on the same day. Impeccable service, highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, highly recommend for swift replacement of vandalised car window withn 24hrs of booking. Could've had it done immediately, but was I was busy that day. Repair work done while I waited. Took less than 1 hour. Reasonably priced, over $200 less than car dealer quoted and would've had to wait over a week to have it done by car dealer. RACV insurance covered the cost, no excess, no paperwork, all handled by RACV with Instant Windscreens. No fuss. Too easy. Professional, courteous, efficient service. Thanks so much.

Would absolutely recommend instant windscreens to anyone needing a replacement or fix. The Nunawading store was great and Connor was super friendly and helpful. We had a pine cone smash our windscreen and they got us in super fast to get it repaired. The cost outdid their competitors.

My insurance company likes to use only one supplier, Windscreens O’Brien. However they had NO STOCK anywhere in Vic for my very common CX5. I was told I’ve have to wait 2 weeks or more even though the car was not legal to drive on road because the rear wi Dow had completely shattered.

The team at Instant Windows had his boys head out immediately to grab a rear wi Dow and they had me in the shop within 2 hours.

Such a vastly different experience.the Instant Windows team were super helpful, polite, friendly and very professional.

Got windshield replaced for my Isuzu truck.told need to bring my truck to warehouse as requires two people to handle … but even then they did faulty installation (lot of wind noise while driving) … then have to hire Obrien glass people two mobile vans (two people) came to my place for installation … spent extra time to remove faulty installed windscreen as one whole side was missing glue and bottom side was over glued by instant windscreen … have to have the whole new windscreen installed properly by Obrien glass people at my place which instant windscreen people were not able to do at their warehouse.so please be careful while getting your windscreen installed

They did not show me the work that was performed but I believe it was installed and is ok.
