Fantastic! Got us what we need without fuss and delivered onto School grounds mindful of timing with kids playtimes.

I called at the end of the day because I sent the inquiry this morning for the quote, and just wanted to know if they've got the email, the guy who answered the phone said in a very bad tone: "you just sent it this morning, I'm not at the computer sitting all day waiting for emails to come, you have to wait a few days for me to reply". After I told him I just wanted to inquiry when I could expect the quote and that he was a bit rude on the way of answering, he snapped at me and called me rude.their business must be doing well if they don't need any more costumers

This was the first place i rang and spoke with andrew who was extremely rude. The quote exceeded my budget and i wanted to check a few other places before going ahead and was told dont bother. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone after dealing with someone so rude and definitely wont be using them ever. Not good enough.
Ended up finding a place down the road who where literally a 1/4 of the price, friendly and fast at replying. Stresslessparty hire is the way to go

After being left without a marquee two days before my event due to another companies incompetence, Andrew and his team came to the rescue and completely saved our event! They squeezed us in to an already busy weekend, setup everything exactly as they said they would and were friendly and so patient with me throughout the whole ordeal. Would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again! Thanks again Andrew and team!

With the weather being so unpredictable we contacted Instant Party Hire, who promptly responded and provided the perfect solution. Everyone commented on the quality of the products we hired; chairs, bar tables, marquee, heaters! Everyone had a great time and the entire event was stress free! So as a host we finally enjoyed our own function without a worry about how comfortable our guests were!

We used these guys at short notice for a backyard party. They were great! Responded to emails quickly then came out to site and gave us a better setup that we envisioned.
We used a few marquees, bar tables and chairs.
The party was fantastic!

Very dissapppinting to deal with. Do not bother go to other party hire places that treat their customers better. The prices for equipment are way overpriced as well.

We have used Andrew and his team twice now for 21st birthday parties.
Both times very helpful in planning the events, marquees set up well in advance to allow time for personal touches.

A very professional organisation. They turned up when they said they would, the equipment we hired (marquee, flooring, heater) was very high quality, and they collected the equipment promptly. Andrew gave us good advice on how to lay out the marquee and flooring. I would highly recommend these guys.

Big recommendation for these guys. They delivered, to the minute, were extremely reasonable in their pricing, and were extremely friendly. Andrew and his team get extra brownie points because, we stuffed up and forgot to repack the inserts of the fryers. Was it a bother for them to pick them up?
