When we decided we were going to push forward and open up our retail store there were many challenges ahead of us. Inspired Business Services was legitimately the most seamless part of our entire process. From first connecting with them, Inspired were able to remotely identify my best service provider and data and phone package. Once selected they took care of the entire process for me, within two days we had an Optus tech installing our NBN and phone lines and we’re online that morning.

We were having issues with our 1300 number as well as our switching to NBN, which was seriously impacting our business. Our (big named) provider at the time, was unable to fix the problems. AION Health
As with any medical practice, at AION Health our telecommunications requirements are crucial to our day to day business operations. Because of the rollout of the NBN, we needed to upgrade our phone system from an old school PABX to an NBN compatible one. We were referred to Inspired Communications by a third party supplier and are so grateful that we were. Inspired installed a hosted phone system with minimal disruption to our business and which will save us money on both line rental and call charges. The system itself has many features which were not previously available to us like being able to make and transfer calls directly from our computers and utilize wireless headsets for greater flexibility. The system also has an encrypted faxing solution which is a specific requirement for medical practices. We’re extremely happy that Inspired will be managing our telecommunications needs going forward. We’ve found their staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional with a ‘can do’ attitude when tasked with resolving an issue. An added bonus is that they are based in Australia so no more having to deal with overseas call centers.
