Disgusting service, asked for a colour match which he couldn't get close enough to that took him 30 min! He then told me he can't do my other 2 matches which completely wasted my time! I had to drive to another Dulux store which was fantastic and all 3 matches done in 20 min which were spot on.these people should NOT representing Dulux

Walked in with absolutely no greeting. The staff completely ignored me, looked at me and walked away. I asked them for some assistance in finding something because the store was an absolute mess and it took them a good 15 minutes finding the one item I needed because of the unorganised state it was in.
I ordered paint ahead of time and they hadn’t even touched the paint. Ordering a head of time was pointless.
Not happy at all, I previously worked in a paint shop myself and if this was my store I’d really consider picking up the presentation of the store and mannerism of the staff. Maybe they were having an off day. But that most certainly shouldn’t affect the customers experience.

I came in at 7.10am and was the third person to be serviced. After letting them know what i need which was some standard paints, I ended up waiting for one hour to get the paints. Three more customers came after me and were served, got their paints before me and left. It is the second time I come to buy paint from this shop and both I ve waited so long without even being so busy. Ridiculous. Personal advice! Avoid if possible!

Went in store for a paint match, Travis is an absolute master and super helpful! I brought a sample to have matched, Travis matched it, tested it (paint and dried with a heat gun on my sample), and added colour multiple times until it was absolutely perfect by eye! 10 out of 10 will be back for the next paint job!

Could not be more helpful, bunnings wait was up to 2 days as only 2 hours with this paint shop (covid19 click & collect), I had trouble with selecting a colour so rang and the man guided me through the process with patients even though I could hear another phone ringing in the background. I will be using everytime from now on. And the price was same as bunnings, but helping a local business. And ended up being ready in just 20 minutes! Can't beat that for service, well done.

I went in today to match a colour for a pushbike.
The people went out of there way and a lot of trouble for me which i greatly appreciated. Very helpful and friendly.
