Very happy with Luke's work. Wanted to double check a property before bidding, and the inspector picked up plenty that wasn't mentioned previously. Saved me from an absolute nightmare.

Fantastic friendly service provided by Michelle. Very quick turnaround in scheduling the inspection with the agent, and the report was forwarded to us within a couple of hours of the inspection. Easy to read report and clear detail provided of any things we needed to be aware of. My follow up question to Luke on the phone was answered easily whilst not making me feel silly for asking. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for piece of mind in their search for a home.

I got this company to inspect our property we purchased and as soon as we move in we find out the indoor spa bath is leaking as well as leaking in laundry, all the taps needed to be chnaged the fact that our spa bath is leaking to the laundry as well is a massive cost we had to pay out of out pocket coz these inspectors failed to do their job properly and be decent: whn called them they advised me they dont do in depth testing: absouletely disgusted to stiff around ppl that trust you. Will never use or recomed them to anyone. Will also be taking them to the court!

Got Luke to come out at short notice and the bloke didn't miss a thing. He was spotting stuff that even after he pointed it out I was hard pressed seeing it.

As a single woman I was so worried about investing in the wrong home but Luke was amazing when I got him to inspect and do due diligence on the properties I wanted to bid on at auction. He picked up so many things structurally that meant I didn’t spend my cash on the wrong home or fixing up or restumping. Lack of detail in building inspection report, real question if they spent any time in the property at all, major elements not noted on report.

Luke inspected a commercial property for us and I was extremely impressed at how thorough he was. He found every issue and combed through the entire building from inside the roof to under the floors. The report was concise and covered everything.

Have spent over $10k fixing a roof that was signed off by Mr Hawkeye as being in good condition less than 2 years ago. When I contacted him about this to understand how he came to this conclusion I was told he doesn't take photos and wouldn't be taking responsibility for his advice.

I'm disappointed and annoyed to have wasted my money on the pre-purchase inspection conducted by this company.

The house had a poorly designed flower box on top of the garage roof that was leaking resulting in mould on the garage ceiling that was subsequently noticed by a non inspection related tradie and also by another inspector.

Really thorough report with a really quick turnaround. Staff were lovely too. Would definitely recommend Inspector Hawkeye.

Luke was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to provide a thorough report on a couple of properties i was looking at buying. Based on his report i quickly walked away from a termite ridden property, with a multitude of other problems.

A total disappointment!
They never sent us pictures!
We suspected with my husband that the house might have asbestos and we asked the inspector to be very precise;
he only detected in the laundry room and nothing else.when the people we hired to remove asbestos discovered that it was also in the kitchen and bathroom!
For that reason and because of the gravity that asbestos means, plus what increases the value to remove it. We are very disgusted.
They answered us that they are not allowed to touch anything, that is, the work is not guaranteed, once they received payment for their work they ignore everything. They did not even ask us if they could lift a little bit of vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen.he was a very bad professional.we paid $ 900 to end up very angry!
I would never recommend them!
Zero liability.
Zero empathy.
Zero professionalism!
They are not reliable at all!
I am very sorry to have come across this lousy inspector.
