Inspect 365

Was fast & easy to organise the inspection, which was then completed within a few days (organised directly with the agent). On the day of the inspection I received a phone call to explain the main findings and a copy of the comprehensive report a little while later. All in all a very easy experience & would highly recommend them.

Both the administration staff and building inspector were absolutely fantastic and so prompt with arranging the building inspection and providing the report. Extremely detailed and easy to understand.

When my partner engaged inspect365 he discussed with them the requirements of what checks we needed (mainly stumps, roof and pest) purchasing an older home we knew the obvious issues that would be noted. After receiving an email of what they would check and cover we paid the money so they could do the inspection. My partner received a call today after the inspection and the main points we wanted checked (the roof, pest and subfloor) weren’t checked due to access - understand this was out of your control. However there should be compensation if you are unable to access and complete the report as requested as that’s the information we were seeking.

I felt we paid for a report that pretty much summed up what we already knew. And are no closer to clarifying whether we will be purchasing or not.

Expensive exercise & a waste of money. Would not recommend.

The major defects Tony noted we already knew about. After reading the report sent through again this morning on page 3 it notes the below (this was never offered to us) is there a reason why?

Very Important note to the purchaser.
In the event that areas where access is restricted or not accessed structural defects, termite damage or activity may be present but not seen. Access should be provided and a follow up or re-Inspection should take place. This Inspection will be provided for you at no cost. Please consult with the vendor and request full access to restricted areas. This should be done prior to a decision to purchase

Great communication, amazingly quick at getting inspections organised and reports provided within a few hours afterwards.

Ray performed a very informative report on the home that we were looking at purchasing. He even gave us a follow up phone call to explain things further. 100% satisfied with his inspector and report writing skills. The report was very easy to follow and understand. It included lots of photos so we could see exactly what he was talking about.

Had a really good experience with this company as a first home buyer they were very thorough and made sure they included everything in their report. I didn't understand a few things and rang the inspector and he explained them very easy to myself, made sure he answered all my questions and even advised me on certain repairs.
The only thing that let them down is that they only advised things to be inspected further in their report by certain trades but when speaking to the inspector he clarified everything was ok just certain things may need to be looked at further for the long term

I’ve used Inspect365 twice now and had Paul both times for the inspection. Extremely thorough report which I received within 2 hours of the inspection. Paul was fantastic running through any concerns over the phone in detail and gave great advice for general home maintenance for future, this really helped especially being a first home buyer. Professional, on-time, thorough. Very in-depth report provided within hours of inspection. Picked up many minor and major defects that weren't apparent to me during my presettlement off-the-plan apartment inspection. Highly recommend. Well worth the money.

After contacting Jasmin from Inspect365 via Email, I was provided with a clear statement of what is included in each stage, how the visits are done, how the reports will be provided and pricing details which is very reasonable. Everything is so genuine.

My builder had forgotten to inform Inspect365 before the slab is poured, which was included in the package what I have paid for Inspect365. After mentioning the above, Inspect365 added "Post Construction Defect and Tolerance Report (Optional 6th Stage) " to my package for the missed stage1 inspection. Which proves the professionalism and customer friendly service of Inspect365.

The second stage of the construction will be done this Friday and I am excited to get the service from Inspect365 for the first time.

Great experience throughout our build, reports were thorough, well detailed and always sent the same day as the inspection which meant no construction stages were held up. As a first time home builder Paul and Matt always made everything easy to understand. We love the option of the post handover inspection and look forward to working with them on this! 10/10 recommend for any new builds.

The Team from Inspect365 provided a Pre Purchase and Pest inspection report for us on a place we were purchasing in Daylesford. It was in done in early January when the agents usual company where on holidays, along with a couple of others we tried. The inspection and report were done quickly and efficiently.
