They fully understand the needs of your child and your motherly concern, understand the special needs of children as every child comes with their own magical world and help them in moulding them with their experience and tactics. Provide complete assistance with your queries and meet day to day needs. Super friendly and adorable staff who is always ready to lend their ear for your valuable inputs/feedback. Wonderful experience so far!

Great location with beautiful shopping centre, very convenience for family.

However, the whole team is lack of experiences, centre director has been changed few times within 2 years, lots of junior staff on board with no experience at all.and the most unforgettable time was the centre had no Director / Manager for few weeks.

Most of the time, front desk with no attendance, and calling the centre to checking kids sadly no one answering and never return your call.

Kids getting sick easily as no one cares about the running nose, nappy rash all the time due to overdue nappy change.

It can be very cool facility if with better management team and better educators.

First of all, teacher Bonnie is very good, professional and caring. Angela spends most of her time sitting on the lazy sofa. Maybe her duty is to squat and watch. There are a few young people who don’t help settle the children. Maybe they are afraid, maybe they can’t handle it. Many teachers didn’t say that I thought they were here to do the cleaning. The teachers here change very frequently, including the previous director Isabella. I guess the management here should be chaotic, or they have similar salaries, but there are only a few who do the work.

We never wipe children's noses here. The children's noses are clear, green, and thick. All kinds of noses hang around for a day. I thought the child care didn't wipe them until I went to another house. Children with snot first feel comfortable, and then reduce the chance of virus transmission. After all, children with more than 20 people in a closed room can easily get sick. Those who get sick are the working parents and weak children. Insight has had troubles with siblings and Gastro, the cold and cough did not stop, the bitter tears of the parents who went to work, the miracle is that the body has improved a lot since I transferred to another school!

Every morning, there are a group of children crying at the door, or waiting foolishly, as if this day is particularly difficult. I guess the more spoiled at home, the more they cry. After all, the door is closed here. There is no more love.

But insight is convenient for parking, and you can enroll immediately without waiting list. It is indeed the first choice for those who do not have such high requirements for child care.

The educators in this center are amazing. They supported m son to settle down, I can c his eating and sleeping habits been improved. Arabic is my mother tongue but my son have caught some common words.
Phill and Chrissy are offering healthy and delicious meals.
I have had special request (halal meat), they were more than happy to support in this.
The rooms are really clean and tidy in which you can ensure your kid is having a safe environment to play, dance, sleep and read.
The last thing is the observation and weekly reflection the educators provide, you know what happened during the week activities.

We love this childcare.
The staff are amazing, and made us feel so at ease when we leave out little one there.
It ticked all the right boxes for us.

Its an amazing cc with amazing new&creative decorations/toys and professional educaters.good communication with parents and very thoughtful, response is efficient.

I can see the Kids there are happy and have good relationship with educators when drop off in the morning.im very happy to have my kid in this cc and i feel its trustworthy.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Insight Early Learning. The educators are loving and go above and beyond our expectations. As first time mother, they make me feel at ease about leaving my lil one there full time. I love that they keep constant and clear communication with us. Nothing was too much trouble and they always make us feel so special and welcomed. The centre is beautiful and clean; very equipped with quality toys and play area. My lil one are all smiles every day! Special thanks to director Aimee, chef Lauren, educator Jess, Lei and Natasha for the amazing work that you all do. Appreciate you all!

Fantastic and creative new facility with friendly and caring staff. The Brickworks centre has a focus on sustainability and this is reflected in how the centre is run and their program of work for the children. Our son is very happy at the centre.
