I have never been so unhappy with my hair. After 3 hours I came out wirh yellow blonde hair, obviously toner if used was not kept on long enough. I certainly would not recommend this salon to anyone. My haircut was uneven. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL GOOD LUCK IF YOU DO.

Me and my wife are regular client here. Staff are friend, good place ambient and excellent service.

Loving place, loving staff, got an instant Keratin treatment and love the results, owner really knows what she’s doing and was very nice, including everyone working there ️

Pooja is great with my hair and does a fantastic job. It’s always a great hair day after my visit at Insalon.

Yesterday I went to have a half head of blonde foils. The hairdresser then painted dark brown around my hairline. Yeah, cos that’s gonna hide the greys! I went back today to ask for a fix up and they said there was nothing they could/would do. I paid over $300 and felt bullied by the boss who was less than helpful. Do not go here

Went into salon a week ago to get a hair colour/cut and blow waved. The best haircut I have had in a long time and the colour was the best I'd had in a long time. The hairdresser was very knowledgable in her colours as she mixed two together to get the vibrant colour. Received many comments on my hair and shall be a repeat customer.

I just had the beat experience today. I had Puja. Who was delightful, wonderful and did the best job I have ever had at the salon. I would recommend her to do anyone's hair. Top job

This new owner, Puja she is amazing! I always struggle to explain what I want but she was great and understood and gave her honest opinion. Loved her work. Highly recommend her!

Although I cannot complain about the wonderful highly experienced hairdresser Gemma, I can complain about the owner and her lack of knowledge ie.stuffing up appoints and trying to change appointments to suit herself the language barrier makes it extremely hard to communicate hence why I only allow Gemma to touch my golden locks

Holly cut my 9year old daughters hair and it was an amazing experience. I cant wait for her to do mine next time! She has gained 2 very loyal customers in us!

The lovely staff at insalon are so friendly and make you feel welcome and will create absolute magic with your hair. Whether it be styling for an event or a freshen up on your cut or colour, the results always turn out fabulous. The staff will always be upfront and open about the end result of your hair and when it will be achievable so you will always leave with your expectations fulfilled and happy with the outcome. They always make sure you are happy with your hair and it is always an affordable and realistic price. I would recommend insalon for all your hair services.

Gemma was extremely rude and treated us awfully (did not even clean the hair) due to a mistake with the booking. I called to book for three people but they understood two so only the two of us got a hair cut which is fine. Amy, who booked the appointment was so polite and understanding hence cannot give 1 star.

. I highly recommend In Salon beauty hair and beauty hairdresser in the carrrum downs center they managed to fix up my hair that another hairdresser stuffed up. They gave me great advice how they where going to fix my hair. The staff are polite and freindlly. The price was great. Thank you for saving me from shaving all my hair because that's how bad it was

Myself and my children have attended here on many occasions and are happy with their services. I do believe however that the owner could do better with her attitude. For the most part she is lovely but I have seen her get short and snippy at clients especially when challenged. Real professionalism requires leaving your ego out of the workplace, listening intently to your clients and being sympathetic and caring towards them when they raise concerns. Go out of your way to ensure they are happy and any concerns have been addressed. She is also the mentor to her staff which is doubly important that she shows good attitude and professionalism. I’ll still attend as I love their cuts but they have to remember, one bad experience can lose five potential customers.

I had a wonderful experience here. The colour is great and hints about keeping my blonde healthy. I'll definately ne back!
