We met with Mark and his team at INS Consulting late last year to plan out serious upgrades to our infrastructure and computer systems over the coming year. Their carefully laid out plan for testing and rolling out the preferred system had to be waylaid due to COVID, but they were quickly able to adapt and seemlessly roll out the system immediately and without issue.
