So happy with my outdoor pergola. Mandy and Shane were professional and friendly. The process was straight forward with great communication. Trades on the day were fantastic. Highly recommend Innovative Verandahs for anyone looking to complete their outdoor area.

Shane and his team were awesome to deal with from our initial contact to the build of our pergola. They gave helpful advice from colour schemes to style designs and always answered our 'after thought' questions promptly via phone or email. They addressed all our and our neighbour's concerns. They were also highly accommodating when we needed an additional skylight added on the day they were building the pergola. Fantastic team.

Shane and team provided a great quailty install. Workmanship is fantastic and the team were very friendly throughout. Would definately recommend!

We are extremely happy with our cool deck roof verandah that Shane and his team installed a couple of weeks ago. Shane was professional and polite through the entire process which included organising a building permit. I definitely recommend using innovative Verandahs.

To say that I am extremely happy would be a gross understatement. Shane and the team have been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process and the finished product is nothing shy of absolutely stunning. I selected the cool deck for its beautiful clean lines, and gorgeous insulated roof which makes my verandah look like an indoor space outside. The whole area looks palatial, grand and simply beautiful. Exceeded my expectations in everyway possible. Would highly recommend Shane and his team and will definitely be getting them back to do my carport and shed in the same materials. So impressive and so beautiful, words do not adequately describe how impressive the end result is.

I wish to thank Shane and all his crew for the wonderful job they did with our new verandah. Shane was very happy to come out and quote and took the time to understand what we wished to achieve and to design it to suit our needs.the job was done very fast with no mess left behind. They replaced a beam before installing it as they were not happy with the finish.cannot wait to sit outside and enjoy it.

We would like to give a shout out to Shane. His expertise with colour options and designs are second to none.
He followed up and made sure everything was up to his standard. Could not recommend higher.
