I purchased a Schuberth Sport S2 helmet brand new from the Innotesco showroom in Cheltenham on the 23rd of August this year, costing AU$660 After just two day rides of around 470kms each, the HELMET LINING HAD STARTED TO DISINTEGRATE. On the 27th of September I contacted Marianne, the sales person and articulated the issue, then as requested immediately sent an email with the attached photo highlighting the problem and requesting a warranty claim. I had received no response by the 9th of October so called Marianne to see how my claim was progressing, the call was not answered but then I received the text message "can I call you later? " I replied, "yes, fine". NO CALL WAS RETURNED.
Again I called on the 12th of October and left a voicemail, again no returned call. I then missed two calls from an unlisted number with no message left, it turned out to be from Pasi (her business partner). After ongoing backward and forward LESS THAN SATISFACTORY COMMUNICATIONS AND AFTER OVER SIX WEEKS I finally got frustrated, on the 3rd of November I drove the 1.5 hours to their showroom, expressed my dissatisfaction, lack of confidence in their product and service, asked for a replacement helmet lining and FINALLY GOT WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MAILED OUT TO ME SIX WEEKS PRIOR! MARIANNE THEN HAD THE GALL TO GET ANGRY AT ME, so I walked out, never to return. If the helmet fails again it'll get thrown into a rubbish skip. I couldn't take a call from Pasi on the way home with too much wind noise with the roof down, so I returned his call, ONLY TO HAVE HIM ALSO TRY AND BLAST ME IN ANGER. ENOUGH SAID! THE END!

The only stockist of Schuberth helmets in Australia. Shame they’re struggling to get stock out of Germany. Service was excellent. The helmet is perfect for my fit and needs.

I bought a schubert C3 pro helmet. The chin of the helmet was not closing properly. I said I wanted to return it and get my money back. In response, I received the following response, We do not accept returns, you have already paid with afterpay. We encounter such problems.they said we will repair ourselves it for you. I threw the helmet away.don't get scammed.order from Europe not here, they re not reliable.

Bought the Thunder R jacket. Best touring jacket I’ve ever owned! I’ve done two rides now, 3000km then 2000km. From sunshine to snow and hours of driving rain in complete comfort. Yet to sample hot summer riding.
Mari-Anne was incredibly helpful and knows her products intimately.
Have owned Held, Klim and other brands, Rukka is the best in my opinion.

I found Innotesco while looking for Daytona Lady Boots.
I am located in NSW and could not find any store with stock to try on sizing.
I gave Mari-Anne a call to get advise about sizing (as I have a high instep and broad foot).
She went above and beyond with customer service to make sure I chose the right boot.
I ended up with the Lady Star GTX in a size 39 (which I usually take in shoe size)
The payment and delivery process was effortless.
When my boots arrived within a few days, I had a little trouble zipping them up, so I gave Mari-Anne a call back, she was happy to explain that the boots needed to have the zippers pulled up and down to loosen them a little which helped and they would loosen up with time and if I had any other issues just to give her a call.
I love these boots, they're so comfortable.
I highly recommend Innotesco.

I recently bought a pair of Daytona boughts from Innotesco. They were a fantastic company to deal with and the boots are very high quality. I had a fitment issue and they were more than happy to do an exchange. I would definitely recommend them.

Mari-Anne is fantastic, very helpful approach to your clothing needs, possibly best two brands in the motorcycle world, Rukka and Daytona, you have to buy these products and you will realise why you should have bought them earlier.
