ZERO STARS!

BUYER BEWARE - Innisfree are deceitful scammers.

They take advantage of DESPERATE families in crisis!

We paid $16,000 for my brother to attend a 28 day program - he lasted less than 24 hours and they initially refused a refund! How unethical! My brother should never have been admitted by Innisfree as they were not equipped to deal with his condition, bi-polar. But they took our money anyway!

It was finally agreed we'd receive a part refund of $12,500 now they 'cannot find any record of our original payment' and refuse to issue us with a Tax Invoice! They will take your money and run. What kind of books are you keeping where $16,000 goes missing! Innisfree are outright liars! Their solicitors tell me Innisfree aren't trading any longer, but when we ring up they are most definitely still trading. When their solicitors are called on this, they change their story. Now this business is trying to trade under another company name. Clearly they cannot manage money or their business and a name change is the cheats way out of this situation.

For an organization that wants to 'help' people, they have done the exact opposite for us! They now have $16K of money that we cannot use for treatment to help my brother get well. In the meantime, my brother has attempted suicide on multiple occasions.

Thanks for nothing Innisfree - you dirty scammers. You have been reported to the ATO for tax evasion, the Minister for Mental Health and your local member of parliament for unethical behavior and business practices and a call has been made to The Age and Herald Sun. If you won't provide me with a refund, expect to answer to the Government!

I highly recommend Innisfree Health in Daylesford, Victoria.

Late last year I found myself paralyzed with anxiety, depression and chronic fatigue. It was affecting all aspects of my life in a very negative way and I could not fix it myself or with the help of my GP and family members.

A high pressure job, relationship breakdown, Financial troubles, Health issues with some family members and past trauma all contributed to a situation where I found myself on prescribed medications (not the first time in my life). I was also self medicating with Alcohol and other substances. I felt completely lost. A close friend recommended Innisfree health and I am so grateful that they did.

The team at Innisfree Health tailored a program specifically for MY needs.

I was impressed with the holistic approach of mind, body and spirit to help me with my situation. The Therapists are first class and worked very closely with each other to give me the best outcome possible.

After going through the process, I feel the best I have felt in years. My Mental and Physical health and outlook improved dramatically. This also had a positive effect on my Friends, Family and work colleagues as they could see and feel the changes in me.

A big thank you to the Team at Innisfree Health.

Dave

I stayed at Innisfree for a month and found so much clarity in my time there.
It is amazing to work with therapists who show genuine care for what they are doing and know exactly why they are doing it.

I found the art therapy to be particularly good.

The daily meditations held not long after lunch do their part in making sure one does not become overwhelmed with whatever has come up for them in the earlier sessions of the day.

The food is also amazing, I am vegan and was catered for very very well which honestly can be rare.

I would reccomend this place to anyone whom I love.

Eternally grateful for all the staff.

Innisfree saved my life. I had lost everything my family, my job, my house and I had lost hope. I found the staff at Innisfree amazing. They believed in me and supported me to become the person I am today. 4 years on and they still support and encourage me to keep going with the positive changes I have made. I have everything back that I lost and have gained so much more in the process. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I never would have got the level of care and support had I gone to a public rehab.

I was at Innisfree a couple of months ago and I am very grateful for the time I spent there.
All the staff at Innisfree are so caring, positive and supportive. I always felt safe and supported through the time I was there. All the therapists are there to truly help you with whatever point you are at in your life. I gained so much and still now I go to Innisfree for follow up app as an out patient and just to visit the staff as seeing there faces makes me smile.
I highly recommend Innisfree for anyone reaching out for help you won’t regret it.

I stayed at Innisfree for 28 days close to a year ago. Now I think about the place and it hurts. Empty promises, I feel scammed! I put a review up over a month ago, mentioning what went wrong. I recieved a positive email, asking me to remove my review and they would honour their promise that they made to me about using funds I was granted from victims of crime assistance tribunal. It gave me hope again. I took my review down, it’s been two months and again, I’m being ignored. $16,000 I spent! It convinced me they are scammers. Especially to ask me to take down my review and not do what they promised me. Save your money, mediate, eat well, stay away from toxic people. You don’t need to spend $16,000 to people who give false hope. It makes me so sad and lost. So many times being lied to by then. They fill your head with false illusions and confirm it by making empty promises. Anything sounds good to a person in desperate need for help. They know it and take advantage of it. $16,000! Wow! That’s a lot of money to be fed BS! Knowing I was there makes me sicker then I was before.
