Well. I have had Anne for the best part of 50 years. At one time, she saved my life by finding a melanoma, just above my left heel!
She also treated my late mother for many many years. I remember the time Anne treated Mum who had a terrible boil on her leg.
She always made me feel welcome and listened to me when I told her of any ailments.
Except last time. I mentioned a large lipoma I had on my back.she dismissed it and said that lipomas are nothing to worry about.
Unfortunately the opposite came to pass: after 8 years, the lipoma was causing a constant burning sensation and aching: pressing against my spine and was more than the size of a tennis ball. I went to my GP who had a look.and sent me to Mr L Cheah who removed it: it consisted of many long fragments. 70mm across. What a relief to get it removed!
Anne also unexpectedly told me that I didn't have to return to her any more.
What a disappointing last visit!: however, I will always remember all the pleasant and competent times I had with her.

Dr Crystal Williams was so professional, answered all my questions and explained everything so well. I was able to express myself when i felt like crying and she was able to help me through it! Reception is also very friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

Thank you very much to Dr Crystal Williams, she went above and beyond. Was very impressed that Dr Howard was also brought in for a 2nd opinion. Very friendly and efficient reception - parking available at rear - excellent team of professionals.

Greeted nicely, running to time with appointments, thorough exam, only issue was parking. Didnt realise there was parking out the back if building and parked on the street, had to download a council specific app or have cash.
All together a good experience.

A few months ago I had a consultation with "professor" Anne Howard. It was horrendous, I do not recommend her at all! I have severe eczema and I went to her for a second opinion. She did what any GP would do and just prescribed me with an ointment, in fact a GP would do more. She did not even examine it in a proper way, nor did she even write me up a plan. The consultation took about 10 minutes, she was rushing to get me out.

I have nothing to say from the Dr Laura as I haven't been attended by her yet. But customer service are so rude. I hope I will have the opportunity to be attended by her but maybe will be worth it to train the customer service/receptionist. The most rude receptionist so far I have encounter.

Couldnt speak more highly of this place and how it has helped all my family members over the years. Easy parking. Friendly reception. Great team.

Waited for an hour today and still no contact with the Doctor. When I told the reception I had been waiting an hour the girl said the Doctor was making an incision. Why couldn't they have come out and advised the Doctor was held up. Apparently the reception dont have respect for their patients time.

Called to cancel booking later for four days ahead. They had already switched the phone over to the answering machine well before 5: 00pm although the answering machine says 5: 00pm is closing and I couldn't get through. Trying to do the right thing and give them lots of notice. Public holiday tomorrow. So I'll try again Wednesday to cancel Friday. Reason to cancel - my doctor found one quicker.

Called this practice after I received a referral from my doctor. Was told there was no appointments available for 5 months! What a joke!

Called this clinic today to make a booking, got the rudest stuck up receptionist on the phone, queried that my GO had faxed a referral to them 4 days ago and I hadn't heard from them, I was advised it wasn't received, even though I say my Clinic fax it. Queried this and was advised "Nope haven't received it". Don't think the receptionist could have cared less.asked what was the first available appointment, was advised late December.bad luck if you might have skin cancer as that Will progress in 4 months and that was the basis of my referral. Absolutely a discaceful place and one of the worst receptionist I have ever dealt with the women needs to just get over herself, your a bloody receptionist. GIVE THIS PLACE A MISS. They probably don't have time for you and will just rush you out the door misdiagnosed.

Had to wait in the office for a bit before being seen which was annoying but otherwise great place.

Waited more than 3 months to get a letter saying they are booked out and not even wait listed. Almost 3 years and no further news from them. Then met an oversea student at a restaurant, a paying student who got treated within a month. What's wrong with this service?

Had a great appointment with Aaron Boyce today, thorough consultation, well communicated & clear plan of action. Much appreciated.

Don’t bother with Dr. Boyse, I saw him to help me get rid of my warts, wasted an initial consultation telling me what I already know, told me there are over 100 different ways to treat them and that means most of them aren’t very good (I thinks it’s actually because he doesn’t know most of them). So the method he put forward was an ointment consisting of a compound he made me allergic to (DCP) and salicylic acid. The result of using this cream not only had no affect on my warts but actually caused skin irritations all around my warts. Now I did protect this skin using various methods but none were successful and now the irritated skin is turning into more warts! Thanks a lot mate!
