Just fabulous. Best clinic and GPs I’ve ever come across. Truly recognising the patient’s interests and knowledge of their bodies, and providing forward thinking, modern and proactive medical advice.

Receptionist was rather rude and unhelpful over the phone when I ask for my blood test result to be sent through to me and my specialist. My GP usually sent through my blood result to me with a quick note about my thyroid function, and if she wasn't there another GP would usually do the same. Now they want us to rebook the appointment just to get a blood test result, spending another 90 bucks for something they can just send quickly over email!

I've only ever had great experiences at this clinic. Nurses, doctors and reception team are all incredible and take time to listen and make you feel really cared for. Highly recommend!

Been using this clinic all year now and I’m very impressed with the professional service, firstly helping my with chronic back pain then skin cancer check. Very thorough, highly recommended.

I received an iron infusion - it wasn't a trouble free experience for me however all of the people that I interacted with were excellent.

This is by far the best clinic and the best service I have ever received visiting a GP. The clinic possess such a tranquil and peaceful atmospehere. The interior design is soothing and out of the ordinary, but overall the doctor's attention and the kindness of the staff are the highlight.

I first visited the East Brunswick Inner North Medical Clinic to explore CBD for chronic pain. My experience was very positive. Thoroughly recommend the Clinic.

This clinic is a joke, it's made to look like a Cafe, all the staff are in their 20's and if you take to long in an appointment they will physically remove you from the clinic and they might just come close to killing you too, as all the hip young doctors there, have no experience and will put you on medications you react badly to, with obvious physical side effects and do NOTHING.

My first visit to my new doctor, l was so impressed. It’s a fantastic clinic with a great feel to it and Dr Martin is fantastic, very thorough and welcoming. A great experience, definitely my permanent new doctor’s clinic.

Although I do not like going to the Doctors, my visit at I. N. M. C in East Brunswick is always a pleasant and comforting experience. Shea and all other doctors are great, they always have time to talk and most importantly listen to what I have to say, answer any and all of my questions and explain any new treatment or medication. I am always copied on test results and they are fully explained to me during consultations. I can only highly recommend not only the medical team but also the reception team whom genuinely help on calls and attendance.

Best medical clinic I've been to! The doctors always take the time to really listen to what's going on with you and give you lots of info and involve you in decisions about your health.

Really caring team, I have seen multiple doctors and allied health professionals at this clinic and they are a high quality service that takes the time to really explore what's going on and assist you. All have been very knowledgeable and proactive about any issues with both mine and my infant sons health. All referrals received have been to high quality services also. The reception and nursing staff are also very caring and friendly too. They are a very welcoming and warm practice, would recommend to all.

I had an excellent experience at the Clinic. I had to urgently get a Tetanus shot and they were able to accomodate me at short notice. And everyone was really nice and friendly.

Cannot rate all the doctors and staff at this practice higher - they’re all so helpful, thorough and caring. My whole family have been coming for years and we’re so thankful to have the team at Inner North really looking after us, following up on issues, and really listening and helping.

Staff are extremely kind and helpful, and every doctor I've seen has had an excellent bedside manner and do come across as truly concerned about my well-being and are willing to work with limitations you might have as a patient in order to find appropriate treatment. I have a chronic health condition and have found care to still be of a high quality despite this, which is rare for GPs these days. They do tend to run late often, so if that is the kind of thing to bother you, be aware it's a regular occurrence, especially for afternoon appointments.

That being said, it is extremely disappointing to see that not only do reception staff not wear masks, but a lot of the doctors don't either. Masks are not required for patients in the clinic, and there is also no social distancing implemented. It may not be a legal requirement, but it is beyond comprehension why a healthcare clinic has no interest in attempting to protect their patients, especially when they are statistically the most likely to be at risk of more severe complications from covid.

The staff are really friendly and helpful.
I get quite nervous before seeing a doctor but Dr Claire Owen made me feel at ease.

Went in for a mole map today and the nurse (Kieran) was exceptional.not only was he really down to earth and friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after.had a really great experience
