Inner Melbourne Clinical Psychology reviews
3My husband and I sought help from Georgia Pierakos for couples counselling and what an absolutely horrifying experience this was. By the end of session one she had said we were quite an advanced couple and we understood our issues. By session two she therefore had made up her mind what was happening within our relationship and instead of seeking to help and to explore she sought to divide us. She spent more time speaking than she did listening and understanding. When one of us decided to leave the session she coaxed the other person to stay in order to once again divide us. She also stated that telling my partner how a loss of a baby made me feel was emotional blackmail. If you are seeking marriage counselling we would highly recommend you go elsewhere.
I've seen psychologists at both the Kensington & CBD locations and have had nothing but positive experiences at both. Seeing a psychologist can be a little bit daunting, but the staff at both clinics have made me feel valued and welcome, from the administrators, to the psychologists and practice owner. I highly recommend Inner Melbourne Psychology and have already referred other people their way.
