I got to know about this kind therapist Helen in mid 2021 and at that time I had a few medical issues such as eating disorders, high diabetes sugar levels, overweight and a bit of stress. After getting a couple of REIKI sessions, my stress levels went down and started feeling energy in me.

Most importantly, I got a HYPNOTHERAPY session for my eating disorders and believe me my sugar levels started plummeting down which ended up in normal levels which didn't happen for many years of medical treatment. Also I lost some weight and reduced size from 2XL to XL so far in a few months without gym workouts.

That even raised eyebrows of my GP and then I had to reveal the secret and introduce Helen to my doctor too who started believing in her. Balancing chakras is very important and you will start feeling the energy more and more as you progress through Helen's REIKI sessions. Please come with an open mind for best results. I wish her all the best in healing the mankind.

Helen is an incredible healer with such a vast knowledge. Her ability to help heal those around her is miraculous. Helen has helped me with a number of things and overall helped me to live my life to the fullest. She has even helped me through hypnotherapy connect deeper with my dog and understand her past traumas (which I thought was very strange at first but have seen incredible growth in her behaviour).

I’ve been suffering from a back injury for the past 3 years that causes me unending and daily pain. Helen’s sessions are the only thing I’ve tried that relieves the pain the longest! I was a non believer and hesitant until I met Helen. I wanted to deal with eating habits I've had since early childhood. Helen explained the steps that she would take with hypnosis and with her warmth and comfort I felt this could be possible.

Helen took me into trance, this I feared but believe me she is extremely compassionate and professional, we found my core issues of when these habits began in my early childhood and when she lifted me of these issues I woke to a weight lifted and sense of great relief.
