Irene assisted me in choosing beautiful carpets and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. If I could, deserving of 6 stars!

We were renovating our house. Given our little experience we knew what we wanted (kind of) but didn't know the diverse world of carpets. We went to inner city Floorworld. We got great assistance. We were explained everything and managed to get something that we really liked for our price range and something that actually fitted our needs as well. The follow up and installation were great as well. It was one of the more pleasurable experience of renovating

Great customer service, nice people and very quick and professional installation. I shopped around at a few stores and this was by far the best, and very competatively priced.

What can you fault? Irene dropped over samples on her way home from work, Jason gave us a good price and had the installation completed quickly and efficiently. Sounds like a 5 star effort to me.

We needed to replace an existing timber flooring in a living area we were renovating and Inner City Floorworld was recommended by our builder. Irene showed us a good range of options.
We eventually choose Quick Step Spotted Gum 1- Strip. This proved to be an excellent choice. The floor looks great and really lifted the room, it is indistinguishable from solid timber flooring and was laid in a fraction of the time, without the considerable inconvenience of sanding and coating.
Irene offered us great advise, she really helpful, friendly and knows her product.

I was assisted by Tomas, Jason and Irene - who gave friendly expert advice on removing our existing marmoleum floor and replacing it with carpet. We had a number of constraints - not the least of which was - 2 inside pets (a cat and a medium sized dog). We are extremely happy with the choice we made (Signature Carpets Brit Fawn) both in terms of look and performance. The installation was expertly done.

This place was a desperate last call for me. I cannot give enough praise for the degree of service I received from both Irene and another gent (stout, friendly, open, honest face, who engaged me after the ordered samples came in). It felt Irene went above and beyond in her service delivery, pushed to get the samples in, emailed and called to touch base and then, at the end of it all, because the amount I needed was minimal, they allowed me the matching sample free! They were super kind, empathetic and no-nonsense, and I will always remember this. Thank you, folks.

I always use Inner City Floorworld and I’ve never been disappointed. Friendly staff, great customer service and advice, quality carpets and on-time quality laying. What more could you ask for?

Office approx. 50sq m floating floor.
Irene been very helpful all the way and the prompt communication has got me to choose Inner City.
Had Carpet court did a measurement and after 3 days of chasing for a quote, had to go get another mob.
The installer Brad also knows what he is doing as carpenter by trade. Great job.
