Over the years, I have seen numerous osteopath clinicians at Inner Balance Clinic and have always had brilliant outcomes.

This year I presented to Dr Grant Turner with some very complex health issues. Dr Grant is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and experienced with each treatment. He is very approachable, makes you feel extremely comfortable and explains exactly what is needed and how to achieve.

Even though I have a long way to go, I am extremely confident in Dr Grant’s ability and passion for me to achieve optimal health.

Dr Lachlan has helped me through a torn Knee ligament a few years ago and recently I fell on the same knee. His magical touch fixed my thumb and wrist which broke the fall and I am back in full exercise mode with my knee. Thanks sho much for your good work and helpful advise and exercises.

I have been going here on and off for a few years now. I'm highly critical of all forms of healthcare having experienced the best and worst of both over the years. My initial experience 3 yrs ago encouraged me to return.

I saw Paula with a frozen shoulder before departing on an overseas trip on my own and just dreading the whole airport routine, wondering how I was going to manage. I saw her three times and just couldn't believe it when I experienced good mobility with the shoulder and very little pain. Highly recommend.

Went to see Paula a few times with my 3 month old. Every single time I had to wait 20-30 minutes after my appointment time. Last time I waited almost 30 minutes. I find it very disrespectful, terrible customer service. I won’t be going back and do not recommend this place. I am attending sessions at another place in Mernda and I just wish I didn’t waste my time here

Was booked to see Paula with my 11 week old baby due to feeding issues. Arrived 15 minutes early to ensure I wasn’t late. The signs in the office say they are respectful of their patients time and to ensure you give 24 hours notice if you are going to cancel. Still had not been seen 20 minutes after my appointment time. Left without being seen and will not be going back.

The most accommodating clinic I have ever been to! Coming here with children has been super easy, lots of toys and activities for the kids to do while they wait, Megan at reception is an angel and even holds the baby during my visits! Lockie and the osteo team work collaboratively with each other and the other practitioners at the clinic to ensure continuity of care. A range of osteopathic styles to cater for different ailments, I have been treated for many issues, including during my pregnancies and post birth. Any mum needing to visit an osteo or other service at the clinic will be most pleased with their treatment here at Inner Balance.
